The computer I chose is an IBUYPOWER Y60 with an I9 Intel CPU and RTX 4070ti Super Graphics card. I bought this computer a couple of days ago and, so far, everything has been perfect. It runs very quietly and has beautiful RGB colors on the fans and RAM. The only complaint I may have is the keyboard that came with it, which I will most likely be upgrading at some point.”

“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them.”

I had purchased an item that just didn't turn out to be what I wanted, partly due to the manufacturer not being 100% transparent on what the product did. Spoke with Erick, he had me come in, we sat down and talked it through, got what I needed, made the return/exchange, and even spec'd out a new camera.

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

“ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”

“My Zalman 1000W from 2009 has seen too many moves over the years, I think I have a broken solder joint. A technical tap turned it on while plugged into a power supply tester. Unfortunately my power supply is not under warranty anymore. I do want to say I had a very positive experience with Daniel and a quick reply for warranty service. I was most proud of my Zalman with the dual heat pipes and huge heat sinks 80 plus too. Yum”
