“I was nit able to retrieve my Apple password. I tried taking my new phone to the Apple Store in Jacksonville Florida and was told I would have to wait another 2 to 3 days. Aimee at the ATandT store in LaJoya used her phone to assist me to reset my password and it was all done within minutes. I give Aimee more than five stars. She was friendly and cordial and well versed in all aspects of customer service”

“I had an amazing experience at my local Verizon store on Pearl St today. Anginae (sp?) went above and beyond to fix my issue. She was helpful, smart, capable, and a downright genuinely nice person. Getting phone tech help can be a little like going to the dentist, but this experience was an absolute pleasure. Hyperbole? Nope. Honest to goodness, she was fantastic.”
