“I was nit able to retrieve my Apple password. I tried taking my new phone to the Apple Store in Jacksonville Florida and was told I would have to wait another 2 to 3 days. Aimee at the ATandT store in LaJoya used her phone to assist me to reset my password and it was all done within minutes. I give Aimee more than five stars. She was friendly and cordial and well versed in all aspects of customer service”
