I walked in and made an appointment on kiosk. They were ready for me before my Rubio’s order was ready! John was extremely helpful and helped navigate a lost phone, a phone plan upgrade, and a new phone. He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and very professional. I had huge problem with my home screen and Shawn help me right away while everyone blew me off. He offered me the promotion that was available to me but didn't pressure me too much like other reps do. Definitely be coming back when I'm ready. Thank you so much Shawn, God bless you.

I stopped into this Verizon store because they told me they had a phone I wanted. I arrived one hour after my phone call and they did not have that phone. Maybe they sold it. Maybe not. Big store. I found the agents friendly.
