“I had my doubts on wireless internet for a small location, but Wave.band was easy enough to try out. They delivered on everything they said they would. Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. They were able to help us get our equipment up and running (we are remote to the location) quickly and clearly understood everything that was going on. They have never made me doubt my decision to try them.”

“I recently got a new iPhone and for about a week I was struggling to login into my iCloud due to not remembering my password and not being able to reset it, I even went to the Apple Store but they didn’t help. As a was leaving the mall I saw a T-mobile store so I decided to go in and give it one last shot to see if somebody could help me. I was very fortunate to run into John he has great costumer service skills, he was very helpful and patient, after multiple attempts he was able to reset my password and I can use my phone again. “Due to a recent merger, I contacted All Roads to cancel one of our 2 satellite phones as the new company was consolidating equipment. Zach was so helpful and able to quickly provide me the information I needed to cancel the line. Being a small mineral exploration company, All Roads satellite service has been a great asset to us for a number of years, especially in remote areas of rural Nevada and providing a sense of security to our field staff and contractors. Their service and monthly costs are reasonable. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Thank you for providing such reliable service.”

Staff is very friendly and have extrodinary patient with all customers...First and foremost I been with t-mobile for about 10 years now and every upgrade I have went to this location... But what really stood out was the employee Jo Jo... I take my mom here because she was having trouble with her phone (she was downloading stuff she should not have downloaded) and Jo Jo not only was very kind but never gave attitude, we went almost 4 or 5 time within a week 😂 and everytime they treated my mom with the upmost RESPECT.. We never felt rushed or/and never felt like a bother...Jo Jo took care of her and overall was super friendly... Jo Jo we love you and I thank you for being so kind even when my mom was being hard headed... As long as Jo Jo is there we will NEVER go to any other location... Thank you sooo much... “I can't say enough good things about Andrew Torralba, mobile expert at the T-Mobile 5th & Broadway store. I came in yesterday during a really tough moment — I had just been released and my watch was literally the only device I had on me. Andrew spent almost an hour patiently working to get it activated, never rushing me and never giving up until it worked.
Then today I had to come back because I still couldn't get my phone released, and Andrew stepped up again. He found me the best possible deal so I could actually have a phone to use, and he even refunded a fee I'd been charged at a different location. He went above and beyond in every way.
Everything he did was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely kind. This is the kind of person who belongs in customer service — he sets the standard for it. Honestly, this was the best service I have ever received. Thank you, Andrew!”

“For over three years, I invested more than 35 hours talking with T-Mobile’s different engineering areas trying to solve a technical issue a my phone. They even supposedly escalated it to their most specialized engineering teams. After T-Mobile said this was not a T-Mobile issue and that it was an Apple issue, they sent me to talk to Apple. I then spent another 20 hours talking to Apple, where I received excellent support from Apple’s technical team, and they even replaced my phone but bounced me back to T-Mobile. After all that, today I went to the Otay Ranch T-Mobile branch, where Adrián kindly helped me, and in less than two minutes, he solved my technical issue by removing a parental control (phone guardian) problem. The parental control issue was directly from T-Mobile, which is why I feel the three years and more than 35 hours were wasted. Therefore, I believe T-Mobile’s sophisticated phone support team should be better trained, and I think Adrián could give them some very good lessons.”

“Yikes!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I walked into the store today and there must’ve been seven or more representatives working. Plenty of customers inside, but I didn’t have to wait a minute, and I was being helped by Claudia. Both she and her boss Jose were fantastic! Very professional and were able to help me with my questions concerning my iPad. Jose gave me a great deal on my purchase and Claudia walked me through the rest of the process. They are both to be commended and are definitely an asset to T-Mobile.
