“We have been with Cox for over 40+ but had to cancel wifi and phone service due a move. They couldn’t access our account over the phone without the passcode to cancel. We had to bring our equipment into a physical store with our ID to cancel.
The Santee location is in a plaza with plenty of parking. The store itself is spacious and bright. When you walk in, you’re greeted and to sign in on the tablet. We were number 2 on the list.
Everything was fast. A receipt was printed to show proof of equipment return.”
“For over three years, I invested more than 35 hours talking with T-Mobile’s different engineering areas trying to solve a technical issue a my phone. They even supposedly escalated it to their most specialized engineering teams. After T-Mobile said this was not a T-Mobile issue and that it was an Apple issue, they sent me to talk to Apple. I then spent another 20 hours talking to Apple, where I received excellent support from Apple’s technical team, and they even replaced my phone but bounced me back to T-Mobile. After all that, today I went to the Otay Ranch T-Mobile branch, where Adrián kindly helped me, and in less than two minutes, he solved my technical issue by removing a parental control (phone guardian) problem. The parental control issue was directly from T-Mobile, which is why I feel the three years and more than 35 hours were wasted. Therefore, I believe T-Mobile’s sophisticated phone support team should be better trained, and I think Adrián could give them some very good lessons.”

Omar who replaced and updated all of the wiring that had not been updated in the 15+years that my grandmother has lived in the home.
