“The end product is beautiful -- really beautiful! We had ORD replace our main bathroom cabinets sinks and faucets. What was a 1-2 week job as noted in the contract turned out to be way longer. No complaints on the workmanship but Octavio (the owner) desperately needs a little help in project management. This took way longer than I expected. I suggested to him to keep his customers informed. If there are delays -- OK -- but show the order dates and then corresponding proof of delays . Don't start the demo April 1 and then not install the new cabinets until May 16. Octavio made up for mishaps with discounts and things thrown in -- some of which I was unaware were my costs, which he then covered. He did offer a free cabinet over the toilet and roll-out shelving for the doors under the sinks, plus the cabinet pulls. That was generous. My advice to future customers: YES USE ORD but stipulate deadlines in the contract with consequences for not meeting them. Also ask to be outlined in the contract what are the customers' responsibilities as far as buying parts and their costs. Be prepared to prompt Octavio for updates. He responds very quickly. Octavio said he wanted my bathroom project to show the end-product in order to attain the other bathroom remodels and to do my kitchen, but I cannot be without a kitchen for 2 months. Yes -- an impressive end-product. We love it. I'd love to see what he can do for my kitchen, but in a more timely manner.”
“This week new tile from Bedrosians was installed in my Palm Springs condo by Jaime Zacarias. I was particularly impressed with sales associate Jesse. He could not be more helpful or accommodating. He went out of his way to assist with tile and tradesman selection and making sure I had all the materials as quickly as possible for my job. Six stars! Here's the finished product. Outstanding work”

“Went to Leland to get help fixing a gas leak. He sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem but who did not do the underground work to fix it . Leland sent me to Steve Schick who came out, diagnosed the issue and through some creative plumbing work, resolved the problem. That in my opinion is stellar service. greatly appreciated!”
“I am updating this review based on my latest interaction with Birch. Our microwave stopped working. Pirch coordinated it with local repair company for them to pull out the unit and re-install it after it was repaired ( as it requires more than one person and repair company wanted to change us several hundred dollars to send a second person). The crew of Ricardo, Zach and Joel took it upon themselves to work us in at the very end of their day to reinstall the unit. We really appreciate their willingness to go way above what was required. “Nice showroom, but it would be nice if they offered designers in the showroom without appointments. The folks there make an effort to assist, but the designer that has claimed us was running out the door when we made an unscheduled visit, and didn't even make eye contact as she ran past us. My client has done several projects there.
Hoping this can be addressed.”

“I first started my day at lowe's hardware store.Where there was absolutely no client service.No attention to customers.And so after half an hour waiting for someone to assist in the floor department and asking for the manager who never showed we finally left. A friend suggested flor and decor and it was an amazing surprise.When we arrived, we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed assistance. Once inside the store there was an abundance of selection at fantastic prices.That we were overwhelmed, definitely a much better experience than lowe's hardware. Rodney was one of the staff members that helped us there, and he paid full attention to us.And provided the best service ever, this is our new go to plays for flooring.”
