“Had an amazing experience at the Walnut Version store. Carlos and Victor were absolutely incredible. Carlos was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable while helping us set up with my son’s new iPhone He got everything transferred over and working perfectly before we left. Victor gave me a great package deal for out of country phone usage and fixed some issues on my husband’s phone. Both Carlos and Victor are extremely knowledgeable , helpful, and professional! If you need help, these guys are the best!”

“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
“This corporate store is located in the Lone Hill Shopping Plaza (HomeGoods etc.). It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.”

“Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didn't take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.”
“The T-Mobile authorized retailer in Upland on Mountain Avenue was very helpful in straightening out and starting my service after hours or I should say days of delays in service. Alyssa had my problem fixed in no time and we sure appreciated that. T-Mobile in Upland has the latest cell phone communications available. There’s plenty of parking with the handicapped stalls at the front entrance.”

“I came into this t mobile store yesterday to pick up a new phone for my mother. We were greeted right away by Karina she put us on the waiting list. Luckily she ended up helping us with what we needed. She was very helpful and patient. My mom’s old phone had so many issues and she took her time to fix it since we wanted to keep her same number. She showed no signs of distress or frustration. We were there for like an hour but she got the work done ✅ and my mom left happy! Thank you Karina for your great customer service.”
“This store has knowledgeable staff and assisted us in phone replacement claims! We walked in at 2pm and had our new phones delivered and activated (same day in-home by Assurion) by 9pm!!! La Verne and Glendora stores both wasted our time with incorrect info and attempted overcharging. The Upland corporate store was great!!!!!”

“Spectrum store in Chino is now offering bundling your mobile services with the Internet. I had spectrum for my Internet for years, but I took the chance to come over from AT&T to Spectrum mobile and they offered me outstanding program. Elijahwas very helpful, knowledgeable courteous he assisted me in reporting over my phone number adding my tablet and my watch and integrating it with my Internet service. They gave me an outstanding price you can’t go wrong. The store is clean often very busy, but you can sign up and they will be with you shortly. Elijah also was an outstanding employee. “These dudes are gd, they got my color back on the phone in 10 mins. He fix it. I was over at the so. Pomona store off Gary. They couldn't figure it out an told me to go to best buy ( figure that) cause they are not,,,, Technicians. An he couldn't help me with another issue. But this store off foothills, they got it going on, fix both of my issues, after leaving that Gary st store, I was ready to pull the trigger on t- mobile .... thanks to guys off foothill, I will stay a little long.”
