“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
“This corporate store is located in the Lone Hill Shopping Plaza (HomeGoods etc.). It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.”

“Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didn't take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.”

But this store off foothills, they got it going on, fix both of my issues, after leaving that Gary st store, I was ready to pull the trigger on t- mobile .... thanks to guys off foothill, I will stay a little long.”
