“I prefer the post office that has a self service kiosk in the lobby like the Covina Post Office. Though small and any couple of clerks at the counter, it's been very efficient for me to use.”

“Love our little post office. We had a po box here years ago and still come by occasionally for shipping. I do love the convenience and that little machine you can use for postage, but I really enjoy talking to the staff here. They’re always friendly, and I especially love the brunette women who greets you with a warm “hi mija.” it just makes the whole experience feel a little more personal ?”
“I had a great experience at the Covina United States Postal Service office while helping my husband get his passport for the first time. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. It was super easy to make the appointment online, and when we arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and walked us through the steps clearly. “Adorable little post office for the residents of Mount Baldy. Rustic architecture and next to Fire Department. Mailbox is outside. Local town information is found here and P.O. boxes are inside. Nice respite on way to hiking trail at Icehouse Canyon (be sure to get your permit at US Forestry) on the left hand side---north of this location.”
“My only complaint is that the outside mailboxes for some reason were locked. It made no sense to me as to why. I was there during regular business hours. The drive thru mailboxes were open so why were the others locked?”

“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”
“All I can say with 100% certainty is that this location and their staff is a 1000 times better than the Diamond Bar location on South Diamond Bar Blvd. They don't forgot to put the shipping label on your packages here. The DB location does, they forget and then blame you. I drive all the way here to avoid that location. That staff should be fired and the location closed.”

“Sergio the manager or person in charge definitely runs a tight ship, has all his clerks on check and on point, they have helped me tremendously on all my shipping needs for my business, his mail carriers too do a great job. I've had a few issues here and there but Sergio addresses it promptly anytime I have brought it to his attention. Love this post office, been coming here for years.”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”
“They have multiple services at this address. They have PO BOXES, they have a contract with USPS that allows them to do certain transactions on behalf of the USPS
It's a pharmacy, with many other items for sale.

“We all know that all Post offices are shortstaffed, but the Pomona post office is exceptionally helpful. Well staffed even when they're a long lines. The people do their best to help you. I wish that customers would realize that it's not the workers fault that they don't have enough people to work thank you for Pomona Post Office. 💜”

“I normally place my mail in the blue box in front of the PO. But I had to go in to mail an envelope. I didn't wait too long in line. I normally go after 12:30 p.m. for parking. If you go early, there will be less parking. The inside was roomy in line. There is a self check out stand to weigh and pay for your items. There are helpful, courteous, friendly staff helping you. Also to the right, it is the passport area. You need to make an appt if you are getting a new or renewal passport. The left side is the personal post office boxes. It is very spacious.
Since the PO closed on Mountain, I drive to the Upland one on Arrow Highway. It is across from the Padua Pasta place.
I would recommend this PO.”

“The supervisor is very helpful and kind, she responds to clients’ concerns and questions promptly. The people under her can be unprofessional and rude sometimes, however, she will take appropriate steps and actions accordingly. Not the most customer friendly staff at the window, so you are pretty much at their mercy and remember to remain polite.”
“I have to admit that the management or system used for 2025 during the busy season (November-December) have improved substantially compared to the last 10 years.
The key thing was keeping the drop off bin free of packages getting stuck especially for those that drop off ton of packages. Otherwise you'll have to wait in line just to drop off which could be worse when there are only 1 employee working the front.
The most annoying thing would be that the outer door can be locked at times before 9am which means you can't access the drop off bin or PO Boxes earlier.”
