“This location has only one employee and isn't open on weekends. I'm not sure what the point of having this location if you aren't going to properly staff it. And Enterprise will not pickup customers from Lafayette to their Walnut Creek location. Which is only 8-10 minutes away. 6/3/26 Griffin was the Enterprise staff member that assisted me on 6/1/26. He was very professional and helpful. He was the only staff member at the site. Cleaning cars and assisting customers. It is because of him that I'm adjusting my rating from 2 to 4. Rescheduled for a weekend day appointment. If things go well, I will update this review based upon my experience at this location.”

“We rented the 12 passenger van to originally use for a family road trip to Montana. But due to the wild fires here in Washington and Montana, we decided to shorten the trip a couple days and just go a few days to the Oregon coast. We had an amazing time, mostly because we were all able to comfortably fit 10 adults/teens and 2 seven month old babies including ALL of our luggage into one awesome vehicle. It looked great, was clean inside and out and ride comfortably. The rental process was easy and Tony (our rep) kept in contact with us in case we had any questions or concerns. Would easily rent again in the future. Thank so much!”

“This location always has friendly staff and I’ve never had any issues with the vehicles I’ve rented. They have a decent selection of cars to choose from. I’ve been in when it’s busy and when I’m the only customer and the customer service is what keeps me renting from this location.”

“Renting a car can often bring anxiety to one's day, but I have not had one negative experience with Avis Walnut Creek, and I have rented from this location at least twice every month for the past 7-8 yrs. Even when they're super busy or if/when I don't receive the exact car I reserved online, the empathetic staff works hard while trying to get people on their way. They are totally professional and accommodating (within reason), and can only control what they can control -- such as available inventory.”

“Mimi was absolutely amazing throughout the entire car rental process. As a parent traveling with my 3-year-old, finding the right vehicle was incredibly important, and Mimi went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She took the time to understand our situation, answered all of our questions patiently, and made the entire experience stress-free.”

“I rent Budget’s cars through the Costco Travel system to get a good price. Never had a problem with customer service at this location. That said, some of the vehicles I rented here have had low tire pressures; I recommend you to check tire inflation for any vehicle you rent here.”
