“I had a reservation with Hertz, but when I arrived to pick up the car, the location was closed for lunch. I canceled and went to the Enterprise down the street instead. Griffin Synder greeted me right away, and after I explained that I needed a car quickly to pick up my elderly parents from the airport, he immediately took care of it. I was on the road within ten minutes. His professionalism and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks to Griffin, Enterprise will be my first choice for future rentals.”

“I have been to this particular enterprise in concord ca. On monument blvd .about three times this past year..it is a very clean and comfortable and convenient location. All of the employees are very professional pleasant and courteous..they helped me choose a car similar to my car easier for me to handle.. It was aLways a , very easy transaction .they could not have been nicer. I definitely recommend that location of enterprise.”
“I rented a 15 passenger van for 4 days. They customer service amazing, had me checked out in 10 minutes and the car was brought around 10 minutes after that. I was able to upgrade to the Mercedes benz so that we could stand up like adult for my Bachelorette weekend. Wouldn't have changed a thing about my rental. Diesel gas was expensive, but not their fault at all, especially giving it was more on the luxury side of vans. Returned it yesterday amd deposit should be sent back soon. Great place especially the one I went to. The workers were very friendly, open, caring and helpful. Thanks so much for helping make my Bachelorette weekend leading into my wedding great.”

“I rented a 15-person passenger van through this office to shuttle some friends of mine from out of town around for the weekend. Pickup on Friday went smooth thanks to the friendly staff, and the van was great.
On Saturday night (in classic Oakland style) the catalytic converter was stolen. I had insurance, but was almost sure I wouldn’t get a comparable vehicle on such short notice for Sunday.
When I brought the van in to exchange first thing Sunday, the staff were extremely understanding and helpful, but initially didn’t have another van to give me. However, the service rep, Ella, noticed another 15-passenger van was due to be returned that morning. She processed the return on that van super fast so that me and my friends could get back on the road.

“Returned my one-way rental to here. (picked up at SFO). I just dropped my keys and left. Parking lot agent at SFO messed up my rental contract. I thought I’d be on the phone a long time with Avis corporate trying to untangle the mess. Instead Mimi fixed the problem and called me to explain. Fantastic service!
I’ve been renting from Avis worldwide for years and Walnut Creek is the best! I’ve seen Mimi washing cars in freezing temperatures. Most locations just give you dirty cars.”

“I received exemplary service from Kiki during my recent experience. Upon nearing the facility, I contacted her to request transportation from the body shop, and she promptly arranged for a driver. From my arrival, I was greeted with exceptional service by Kiki, and I enjoyed a pleasant interaction with the manager, John. I initially was unaware that I had ordered an electric vehicle; however, Kiki efficiently accommodated my request for a standard car for three days. Kiki demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and a delightful sense of humor. Additionally, I noticed her beautifully styled hair, and she kindly referred me to her stylist. Overall, my experience was positive, and despite some negative reviews online, I found the office to be of high quality with commendable personnel.”
“Exceptional customer service!!!The convenience and hospitality is unsurpassed. Picked up my car at the airport 20 feet away from the air jet.Colleen welcomed us and offered a brand new Jeep. Little to no hassle with paperwork (3 minutes) and you’re on your way. Very friendly and professional. You can be in contact with them anytime and they will help you resolve any issues you might have. All I can say this was the best rental experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend.”
