“I have made a ferw trips to the UPS store since they changed locations. Everett provided notary services that involved several documents, and it was busy. He was knowledgable, patient, and calm. We also were getting a PO Box that day. Quinn was exceptional, kind, efficient, with a wonderful sense of humor. Both made the experiences a pleasure.”
“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”

“Hi everyone. I want to share my experience visiting this UPS store. I had a difficult situation where, due to tariffs, I couldn't receive a package at my home address. As a result, the package got stuck in some warehouse. I contacted Jade, and she accompanied me through the UPS hotline and helped me find the package and set up its redelivery. She was incredibly polite and very professional. I highly recommend this UPS office to anyone who wants fast and high-quality service. Good luck to everyone!”
“We came in for a passport photo for our baby, and the team at this UPS Store was incredibly kind and helpful. Taking a passport photo for a young baby is not exactly easy, but they were patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us get it done.

Very friendly service if you're looking for a notary! The notary, Bobby, made sure that it was done right and when I had a document that he wasn't sure if notary would be accepted, he did what he could, wouldn't charge me for it so that it wouldn't be a paid notary that may not work. I appreciated that a lot from a local business and pretty much you made me have this place as my go to notary from now onwards because of the honest work they do.
Getting documents notarized with a young kid is rough but what can you do when the kids if part of the reason a document needs to be notarized? Fear not, as Bobby was amazing - tried to engage my child playfully and even gave him some Pokémon cards just to keep him entertained while all the documents were worked on! Amazing!”
“This UPS store is always well staffed and the wait is never long. The team members greet you once you walk in and send you off with “have a nice day” when you leave. Same experience time after time and it shows that ownership cares about the team and their customers. Most of my experiences are with Zachary and the kid exemplifies all of the positive attributes above! He’s a great asset to this UPS store and he will do great in life. Keep it up Zachary.”

“I've used Pak mail Terry for shipping, live scans, notary most of his services. It's always a pleasant experience. Even when he has several customers waiting for him. He's organized, thorough, friendly and gets the job done! Great place to get things done right.”
“Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

“amazing staff I'm greeted every time i walk through the door, they do not practice price gouging here as does the UPS store up Clayton Rd...paid $1.46 for label here, the gouging store wanted to charge $3.56 for same, exact label that they got for free from UPS itself !!!”
“The 3 ladies working there were so efficient, professional & friendly. I called and they answered right away, provided me all the information I needed and when I visited there were about 5 customers and they were all served very quickly, one of the employees even ended up packaging one of the customer's return items which I thought was above and beyond, and they also had cute stickers for children.”

“My favorite errand to run is always Lafayette Pack & Ship. Sue and Ian are such a pleasure to visit and they do a great job with whatever I need them to do. Ian has notarized all kinds of things for our small business. He has taken passport pictures. He has packed and shipped many, many packages to send all over the country.
Sue does a beautiful job printing my company newsletter every month. The pictures are bright and clear and all the colors pop. I really like the paper also. It has such a great feel. I am always getting compliments. The printing is always so quick too! I email Sue a pdf and she always calls me within an hour or two.
A few times I have been one of those difficult customers with some thorny problem and both Sue and Ian are irrepressibly cheerful and innovative with their problem solving. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.”
