“Jessica and Jason at UPS at the Orchard Shopping center in Walnut Creek give the best service and personal attention. Whenever I have something special to copy I go there because they always listen and create the best possible outcome. My requests are never easy, but they work together and are motivated to make me happy. In fact today, Jessica would not stop be be more perfect even though I already was 100 % satisfied with what she had printed so far. She said “ I want to do a perfect job”. Besides this attention to detail both Jessica and Jason have a great sense of humor. It is so good to laugh with them.
It is a treat for me to go there because I ride my bike and enjoy “the outing”.”

Very friendly service if you're looking for a notary! The notary, Bobby, made sure that it was done right and when I had a document that he wasn't sure if notary would be accepted, he did what he could, wouldn't charge me for it so that it wouldn't be a paid notary that may not work. I appreciated that a lot from a local business and pretty much you made me have this place as my go to notary from now onwards because of the honest work they do.
Getting documents notarized with a young kid is rough but what can you do when the kids if part of the reason a document needs to be notarized? Fear not, as Bobby was amazing - tried to engage my child playfully and even gave him some Pokémon cards just to keep him entertained while all the documents were worked on! Amazing!”
“Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

I stop by this UPS Store several times a week, and it’s honestly one of my favorite errands. Joe, the owner, runs an incredible shop — friendly, fast, and always on top of things. He sets the tone for great service, and it shows every single time I walk in.
Laiqa is fantastic — super kind, always helpful, and her sense of humor just puts me overboard laughing every time. She somehow turns a quick stop into a comedy show — honestly, she should come with a warning label: “Caution — may cause uncontrollable laughter at the counter.”
It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, but that’s exactly what Joe and his team have built here. Five stars just don’t feel like enough for how good they are!

I flew into town to pick up a fragile, collectible toy vending machine I bought on eBay and needed to ship it back home before catching a flight just a few hours later. I walked in stressed and anxious, but Yeni completely put me at ease. She was incredibly patient, working with me to figure out the absolute most cost-effective way to ship everything safely. She made the entire process seamless and efficient, getting me out the door in time for my flight.

“My favorite errand to run is always Lafayette Pack & Ship. Sue and Ian are such a pleasure to visit and they do a great job with whatever I need them to do. Ian has notarized all kinds of things for our small business. He has taken passport pictures. He has packed and shipped many, many packages to send all over the country.
Sue does a beautiful job printing my company newsletter every month. The pictures are bright and clear and all the colors pop. I really like the paper also. It has such a great feel. I am always getting compliments. The printing is always so quick too! I email Sue a pdf and she always calls me within an hour or two.
A few times I have been one of those difficult customers with some thorny problem and both Sue and Ian are irrepressibly cheerful and innovative with their problem solving. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.”
