“There aren't enough wonderful adjectives to properly describe Intelligent Office! They have been a lifesaver as we transition from one system to the next without our office manager of 40 plus years who retired earlier this year! Thank you for being willing to take on our clients, schedules and anything else we have asked of you. Sierra, Rachel, Yesenia and Claudia-THANK YOU! You all are amazing!”
“We came in for a passport photo for our baby, and the team at this UPS Store was incredibly kind and helpful. Taking a passport photo for a young baby is not exactly easy, but they were patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us get it done.
It’s rare to come across people who are so willing to help with something a little out of the ordinary. We really appreciated their kindness and great customer service. Thank you so much.”
“I just had a remarkable experience at the Walnut Creek UPS store. In about 20 minutes, I printed everything from five or six differently formatted documents.
And I walked out with presentation options making me ready for the next days meeting
A really awesome team! I will never buy another printer”
“Wow! I loved my experience! This place is under new ownership and was a pleasure to step inside. There was a fresh new look, a nice clean smell and excellent customer service from the owner himself. My mouth dropped when I entered as I noticed the clean, shiny shelves of packing materials. I’m so glad this local business has been revamped. It’s a staple in our community.”
“The 3 ladies working there were so efficient, professional & friendly. I called and they answered right away, provided me all the information I needed and when I visited there were about 5 customers and they were all served very quickly, one of the employees even ended up packaging one of the customer's return items which I thought was above and beyond, and they also had cute stickers for children.”

“Shout out to the woman working tonight with the green streak in her hair. She had a long line at 6:30 and handled it like a boss. Cool, calm, courteous, and competent. Wish there was a tip jar.”
“They are so nice. They are better here than all the other UPS stores. They are helpful and charming and delightful. Some of the other UPS stores around me are super grumpy. I love these people.”

“This would be the type of place I would stop by just to say hi. I absolutely loved the customer service. Ravi is very kind and always with a big smile. He is more than willing to help. Natalie is also very nice. She helped me rent my uhaul and was very professional. It's definitely worth using this place as your go-to shipping annex.”
