“Mason, the store manager working today was so helpful. I feel that he went the extra mile to help me with a challenging and difficult return to China. The merchant return address was in Chinese characters. I was able to get some of the address translated into English, but the rest Mason was able to translate in Google. Also, USPS rejected the address format and Mason had to resolve this by continuously reformatting and submitting the return address until it was finally accepted. I just want to publicly thank and recognize Mason‘s efforts and highly recommend this store Thank you !”
