“The staff here, such as Freddy, are super friendly and welcoming every single time I come in. I originally decided to get a mailbox at this location because my mail was being stolen while living at one of the apartment complexes owned by the Irvine Company, and choosing this UPS Store was the best decision.
I've never had an issue receiving packages here. Everything is handled smoothly and securely. The team is always happy to help, answers questions without rushing you, and genuinely makes the experience easy and stressfree.
