“Store area itself is a little small, While prices can get a little high they're decent for most of San Diego, a good mid-range price for gas in the county. Store manager Shannon (I hope I spelled her name right) is pretty awesome, as are most of the other employees. They're pretty knowledgeable about different topics, and seem to have a good idea of the area when I asked a different employee about small business shops I was looking for. Overall, great location right off the freeway, whoever happens to own the corner at the moment. Just don't expect to get a really big selection of snacks, the building is very small. Firewood and propane are available though!”
“Purchased some items during lunch rush, but was in such a rush myself that I took part of my order not realizing I didn't have everything I had asked to purchase, and hands the clearly my money and left. What I didn't realize until I go where I was going was that I left half of my order there. I tried calling but apparently they don't have a working company phone, however I came back after work to find they knew exactly what I was talking about and gave it to me without question. I thought I would have to plead my case, or something but they were friendly and forthright. These men and women are always friendly and happy to help, and honest to boot. Highly recommend this location.”

“October 16th 2024 !!! Walked into 7-11 and was greeted by the most friendly lady. I was looking for some steak and cheese rollers but there wasn’t any. She went out of her way to make sure I had some before I left. Super friendly conversated with me the whole time while still greeting other costumers !!! 5 stars is not doesn’t compare to the customer service she gave!!!! Super star !!! Thank you !!!”
“John was very helpful and nice. He has such a good attitude and happy personality. I asked to microwave my hot dog and he made sure to wipe the inside and set it for me. Great customer service.But when I called to find out his name the lady who answered told me they where too busy when I asked for the male clerks name and then hung up. Maybe she thought I was an upset customer idk. That was kinda rude. So I went back to find out his name in person.Thank you John for being great in customer service!!!!”
“Received excellent service from Betty the other day. I had a return that I thought I wasn’t going to be able to complete but while I was in line for my scoop of ice cream she went above and beyond and was able to finish my return. Service like hers I rarely see anymore and I needed to make sure that if anyone goes to Rite Aid Lakeside Betty will definitely be a great help!!”

“I love the jalapeno and cream cheese taquitos but you have to make sure to ask for the special or they started charging $2.99 for to keto when it used to be $4 for three it's ridiculous but most of downtown locations of 7-Elevens are franchisees so they don't have to follow the promotions the corporate locations have.”
“I had some hickup on my usual pharmacy and my prescription. When finally sorted out, after 4 calls during the day they didn't have my prescription available, and had to wait until Thursday... How didn't they say they didnt have it in stock since the begining? I asked if any other Walgreens did... By this time is 8:40 pm.closing at 9pm... I called.lakeside location, and by 8:57 I had my prescription... outstanding service, Nina and Halina”

These two, Juanita and Bella… as soon as I walked in, you could just feel the good energy, the positive attitude and the love for what they do. Talk about a difficult job dealing with the public in a fast paced environment and so many different personalities and perspectives. “I've been going to Walgreens since they open inside of the COVID. Shut down short help people that work. There are very friendly kind and courteous. Have gone above and beyond to help me. Win my prescriptions from the Doctor we're not signed etc. Wonderful staffmany products in their store that are somewhat cheaper than bigger stories than Butte. Love walgreensixty two years old and I will continue to shop there for all items assigned in my prescriptions”

“Always clean, well stocked, and the staff are always friendly. Good choice for what you need when you're out and about.Only reason I didn't give them a 5* is because they're gas prices are cringe-worthy, and I wince every time I see them. Lol.”
