There was a queue of bikes, but they graciously fit me in and got me rolling again quickly. I was able to catch up to my group and enjoy my day - all thanks to some quality folks focused on making customers happy! Bike is also rolling extra smoothly now.”

“I stopped by for the first time to talk with the service team about my bike. It had been about a year since the last service, and I wanted to figure out when I should schedule the next one.
The staff took about 10 minutes to carefully look over the bike, checked several components, and even measured the remaining life on the brake pads and chain. They gave me honest feedback that I still have about 2–3 months before service is really needed.
What impressed me most was that they took the time to do a thoughtful assessment and didn’t charge a dime. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days.

“I had the pleasure of visiting Caesar's Cyclery yesterday where I got top quality service from Caesar Sr. I ended up purchasing a vintage 1970s Schwinn suburban after test riding 3 other commuter bikes of various ages and makes - I'm in love with my choice. With the bike that I chose being older, Caesar Sr. took the time to check the breaks and gears before making the purchase and riding out.
