It's so nice to know that there are still people out there in this world that want to help you in any way that they can. She was polite, sweet, and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was stress free. I called because I had a concern for a rental car for my fathers rental car and she assured me that she would do everything she could to help. To the point where she even told me that even though she will be at another location the next day, to call her there if I had anymore questions. “My first but not the last time going here.I had a very positive experience renting a car on short notice because my personal car had to stay in the auto shop over night. I was picked up at the Honda service dealer and got a rental the same day for a compact suv. The rental agent was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.The other rental agent who picked me up was cordial and informative as well. At the last moment, when my car was ready for pick up just 7 minutes before closing, they offered me a ride back to theHonda service center to get my car before it stayed overnight. The rental agents would have to stay a little over their schedule shift yo accommodate me. This was service above and beyond my expectation as I felt that I would have most likely have to call Uber to help me out.”

“I selected Enterprise after my auto accident because it was close to home. I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop and was picked up by Raul. He took me to Enterprise. When I got there I was helped by Leslie. She helped me get my rental started and was thorough in explaining the insurance process. I had no problems with my rental and my vehicle was repaired faster than expected. I dropped off my rental and Eduardo helped me return the vehicle. It was an easy process.
