“I am a newbie to the TCG universe and I always go in to just see what they have for inventory. When I say Tubbys has cares about the customer, I really mean it. Whenever I go into Tubbys they always make the customer first and the money second. Businesses need to make money, but the guys at Tubbys care more about getting the customer what they want rather then upsell to make more money. I go to a lot of local card shops and Tubbys always makes me feel like they arent trying to make money off of me. They truly care about the customer and will always give them my business.”

We initially came in this morning and wrote a review about a less than desirable experience. However, after going and speaking with the owner again, this time, he was very pleasant and helpful. They sold me some bright boy track cleaner to help me get the oxidation off of the tracks. I am very happy with the experience here and looking forward to coming back to get more parts when I get the trains running.”

“There's a lot of reviews that seem like they could be for the competition or just made up who knows so that means they pay attention make the lady who sold a sovereign verse half sovereign she never responded or updated her review same with the guy who said he emailed a bunch of times and was told he was emailed within 20 minutes never went back and checked it or it said that was a lie or nothing so I feel like a lot of these ones started views are fake from their competitors somewhere to give them a good one and I haven't even gone yet”
“Went to sell 4 semi-rare date coins today. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and what they were worth to a coin dealer. I was in no hurry to sell. Had a great conversation with John and could not quite come to a deal. We ended up $200 apart on $5000 with of coins. He was fair and I could completely understand where he was coming from. He even called a colleague to tell them about my coins. I left feeling valued and respected. I was not the least bit disappointed. Though, I think he was. He really tried to make the deal work. The customer ahead of me had about $20 worth of common date stuff. John treated him the same as he treated me. That was nice to see. Next time I am in town I will bring some other coins in that I want to sell. This guy knows what he is doing and is friendly and fair.”
“I was introduced to this store by some friends and wow, I am impressed. They've got tabletop games and dice, they've got miniature combat game stuff, They've got a glorious collection of board and card games.... there is even a pre-owned game section with some pretty great options if new games are out of your budget.
There are also tables for playing your own games or one you borrow there. No one made us feel even slightly unwelcome for playing several hours worth of games.
It's clean to include the bathroom and the music is great but not too loud. The staff know their stuff- I had a few questions about stock and they could answer without looking for most of it.
10/10, this should be your local store.”

Plus when you have to wait just to obtain merchandise it takes a little of the joy of shopping away. I get the security levels these days, but that don't change the feeling you get knowing you might as well shop online. The pleasure of getting the feel of things is starting to disappear.”
