Same happened the day before when I had two people in line before me but we were all asking ourselves if he was helping somebody or just talking with his friends at the phone. “On June/7/2026. I stopped by with my phone's LCD screen shattered, since I had a replacement it was a quick fix. Great customer service, reasonable price, honest and great communication. While Mohamed had great customer service and had us laughing, special shout out to Ali who changed out the screen with care, in a timely manner and update me on the process. “I went in on March 12th for a new phone and services, Rodrigo waited on me. He was patient with me, I told him exactly what I needed, even though he did try offering other deals, I told him I was there more for a need than what I wanted. I got in and out in 34 minutes while he attended to three other customers. Thanks for your help. I'm very satisfied with my new phone.”
“The store couldn’t activate my unlocked iPhone but could activate one purchased from them, this seemed like a con job. I was told “a known issue” prevented them from activating my phone. Twenty minutes turned into 45 minutes. Other then these two issues they provided ok service, the store activated the new phone I had to buy from them. Phone and network work well.”

“Brought my IPad Pro in for a cracked screen repair and happy with the result. I was expecting it to be a costly repair so I think the price was very reasonable and the service time was fairly quick and timely being that they had to order the part.
