“I came multiple times to complete the switch from metro to T Mobile . Rosalina, Freddy and Lucy could not get it done but my man Giovanni did it so fast and easy. He is the best”

“This store isn’t the same without the Store Manager Lorena her presence is highly missed from many of her customer’s. I was told she currently helping other stores but honestly Lorena has been at her location for over 10yrs and it’s not right for the new owners would do such a thing. No other employee can ever replace her and her beautiful energy. Very wise woman beyond knowledgeable with her skills and abilities. I highly recommend those that know her write a review to bring her back where she belongs. This store is only 5 stars because of Lorena.”

“Since about a month ago, the store feels completely different. I’m not sure what changed, but the atmosphere is much more positive and welcoming now. The staff seems more helpful and the overall experience has really improved. I also want to thank Brenda for her support during my transaction, she was very kind and made everything easy. Really appreciate the great service.”
