“I always go to Bonita USPS to send mail to my family and friends here and international. Everyone there is always so nice and helpful. One person I have had frequent contact with is a lady named “Mylene” She is always smiling, so helpful no matter what I ask she patiently helps me and always greets you with a smile and very nice conversation. She gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Love going into this post office. Thank you Mylene and all staff keep up good work.”

“i dont usually make reviews but i have been to many post offices to drop off packages from my online shop and their workers are fast and efficient. if i drop off a package, it will be shipped THAT DAY! this is my primary post office because when i use other post offices, i typically wait days for them to be shipped. thank you staff!”

We came here after La Mesa office cancelled our passport appointments 3 times due to staff shortage. Rosie went above and beyond to help us get our passport application completed in less than 15 min, she is very knowledgeable kind and understanding. We are really grateful and pleased with her service at this office!”
“These workers have amazing attitudes but this location is so hectic apparently the first Monday of the month! It takes an hour for what should be 5 minutes because they have only 2 people working and 2 systems running. Did they have to cut costs? Well if so, here’s another customer complaining that you can use as proof of it creating inefficiencies. But please don’t blame workers here who are doing their best with the people and resources they have.”

“For the two years I’ve come here, the team has been exceptional; I live a few blocks away, so it is very convenient to have this USPS here. The team here goes above and beyond; Carlos is one of the kindest employees, and his professionalism and kindness make you feel like you shouldn’t go to any other USPS but this one. For the two years I’ve shipped items from here, I have never had an issue or a return; as mentioned above, this whole team truly knows what they are doing.
Whenever I go to UPS and FedEx, I always get overcharged for small things, but at USPS, you definitely get better value and customer service.

Every post office needs people like them. i didnt have a passport appointment last friday, i just went to ask information since it wasnt too far from my house. Troy told me that if i have my documents with me、they will help me since i was already there. I went back home to grab everything i need and when i got back to the post office, they were very extremely helpful, they helped me with a smile. Troy explained to me everything in details. I would give them a 10 star if i can. Thankyou”
“So this post office usually very busy and low staffed, and the mail through out 91941 is all messed up. But outside of those specific issue my last visit was very pleasant, compared to many others. the only reason I’m giving a good review is because of the teller, teller 12 her name is Joanne, she gets five stars! She was so sweet and kind and very helpful. The lady who was helping me before just couldn’t figure out how to help situation and Joanne was quick to help-me and correct my address complications. I give her 10/10 for service and patience. Ps this place is VERY busy between the hours of 3-6.”
“This is a wonderful post office. They are helpful, patient, competent, and cheerful. Our postman, Jeffery, is wonderful and everyone on our street appreciates his work. This post office is an important part of our community. Please don't give it a bad rating simply because you have to wait in line one day or have a single bad experience - do you have so little life experience and compassion not to understand that this happens? “I do love the post office but Ryan is correct, just because a dog barks the mail man stop delivering the mail. Without any notice, we had to go to the office to find out, that because of our miniature dog barks we didn’t have our mail delivered.”
“I have been here multiple times and it's my preferred post office in the area. Sometimes there is a wait especially at the end of the day as they typically only have 1 or 2 people at the counter. But I have always had good customer service.”

“I love the staff that is on this post office lobby. On the other hand most of the delivery workers are in another level of laziness. I was supposed to get a package yesterday it wasn’t delivered because it was to heavy (20 pounds) so I came to the post office to pick it up and they told me that it wasn’t here that it was out for delivery again today so I waited outside of my home so when I saw the mailman I ask him for my package then I asked him why didn’t he left it yesterday he replied “ yesterday was my day off my supervisor covered my route” so yeah complaining to a supervisor won’t make a difference because they are also lazy”

“I got excellent service from the supervisor Eduardo when I called about a package that was marked delivered two days ago at 3:37 pm, but I didn't get it. He figured out where it might have been delivered in error and texted the carrier to see if he can locate it there. I value the USPS!”
