“I have never had any problems here. I have been a customer since
2013. For awhile this year there was a huge, filthy homeless encampment that the city cleaned up a few weeks ago. As a senior I feel very safe now coming to my storage room. The staff are all friendly and do a great job of keeping the grounds and storage hallways very clean.”

Brittney, Juan and jasmine are true professionals at their jobs. The storages are almost never a 10x10 or the size is never the size when you use a tape measure. They should fix that...a 10X10 should be a true 10X 10 not 9x9 lol ?”
“Amaya helped me set up a storage unit today and he was a joy to speak with. He was professional, friendly, and thorough in answering any questions I had. The entire process was easy and seamless. The facilities are clean and organized. You have to have a code to access anything so it feels pretty secure. I’ve had a great experience so far and I recommend renting here with Amaya!

“I found StoreQest online. I don't know anything about storage units. I shopped around for 2 days, and this was the easiest, nicest experience. The online special was a great deal, everyone is nice, the customer service answered the phone ( a real live person), and they offered the space I needed (5 x5 reduced height). And I don't need a ladder to reach it! This storage company is also in a safe location. Cynthia has been extremely helpful. You won't regret renting a space here. :)”

“By far, this is the best storage facility I've ever used, across multiple states. The on-site team (which is non-existent at many storage places) is always friendly and helpful. Mario helped us find our initial unit by literally walking us through the units that were available and that he thought met our needs. Pablo was great with making sure our moving-truck team had the space they needed.
But seriously, everyone reading this, what's most important is that there are no rats or other pests. This place is clean and air-conditioned from the basement to the top floor.”
