“I went through a truly horrific experience with a different storage facility place. I had a unit reserved and then when I physically arrived to The location they told me it was already rented out. I was really in a bind and visited 3 to 4 additional places with an SUV full of belongings.
These guys at this specific extra space storage location really took care of me gave me a pretty decent deal for the area and were really professional. They definitely helped change the course of my day and provided excellent customer service.
It did cost a little bit more than other storage companies, but the service and quality of the location makes it worth it”
“I found StoreQest online. I don't know anything about storage units. I shopped around for 2 days, and this was the easiest, nicest experience. The online special was a great deal, everyone is nice, the customer service answered the phone ( a real live person), and they offered the space I needed (5 x5 reduced height). And I don't need a ladder to reach it! This storage company is also in a safe location. Cynthia has been extremely helpful. You won't regret renting a space here. :)”

“I've had excellent service from Mitzi, as I've rented a space there for about 8 years. Earlier, I was always able to reach her by phone and she has been very helpful. I am giving 4 stars, as I was not been able to reach her directly the past year or so and was directed to a Public Storage corporate line. I did stop by there earlier this month and as expected, Mitzi was very, very helpful. I hope my inability to reach her directly by phone was an exception and not the rule.”

“Noemi, you are a true angel. If you are looking for a storage space this is it. Noemi is the kindest, warmest, most welcoming soul and makes the entire experience so much better. Moving is an incredibly stressful experience and she listened and offered guidance and a kind ear when I needed one. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. I have had no issues other than myself forgetting to check when it closed. Noemi went above and beyond and stayed late one night when it locked us out at 6pm, per its operating hours (and I totally forgot). I would use this facility again and again thanks to her exceptional and kind service.”

“My cousin and I were looking at storage options for about a week as we needed more space in our two homes. We found this place and was surprised by how close it was to our location. We set out a day and came to inspect the storage space and speak with someone. Michael, the store manager was there and we stated our purpose as we wanted to share a storage unit. He recommended to us a 10 x 10 as the 5 x 10 one we had in mind was going to be a bit cramped. We asked if we could take a look at the unit and were shown two, one was right next to the elevator and the other was a little bit further. We chose close to the elevator as it was super convenient. We went back and talked about the paperwork, the entire process was painless. Michael was super nice and reasonable to talk to, would recommend this place to anyone who lives close to the area!”

2013. For awhile this year there was a huge, filthy homeless encampment that the city cleaned up a few weeks ago. As a senior I feel very safe now coming to my storage room. The staff are all friendly and do a great job of keeping the grounds and storage hallways very clean.”
