“Wonderful experience! Natalie was awesome. Natalie explained how their pricing works. It's a little complex-- for example, I had not realized that, if I were to change the color of the outside, the six door jambs (four doors, the hood and the trunk lid) would have to be painted, too.
A day later, I had made up my mind. Jesús stood in for Natalie and wrote down my decisions. I dropped the car off, fully expecting that my car would be ready a week later.
A week later, my car was ready! On time -- even the same time of day -- and at the agreed-upon price. My car looks beautiful!

“Dillon has been my mechanic for about four years; he and his staff have been excellent to do business with. I recently took my wife's 2015 BMW LI to have the air conditioner fan replaced about three months ago. It was working well for three months, but then the fan started making noise again. I spoke to Dillon and he said not to worry about it. He ordered a new one right away, reassured me that I have a two-year warranty on the part, and promised to replace it as soon as the new one arrives. This level of honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction really stands out. I highly recommend taking your BMW to Bimmer Engineering. Excellent customer service every time.”

“I had such a great experience at AutoZone today. I honestly wasn’t expecting much help when I walked in, but I was immediately proven wrong. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, Edward greeted me right away while assisting another customer and let me know he’d be with me shortly. That simple acknowledgment made a big difference.
When it was my turn, he came outside to check my car, scanned it, and tested my battery. After running the tests, he explained that my battery needed to be replaced. He helped me find an option that fit my budget and clearly explained why it was the best choice. What really surprised me was that he offered to install it for free.
Within about 10 minutes of walking in, my new battery was installed and my car was running properly again. I didn’t even have to explain that I was having trouble starting it — he was thorough and proactive from the start.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the automotive industry. I will definitely be coming back because of Edward.”

“I was recently on a ride from Louisiana to California when the fan on my Gold Wing Trike came loose and punched a hole in my radiator. I called Rider’s Choice at 9:00am to see if they could look at it. They agreed to. I got it there by 11:00. They diagnosed by 5:00 and ordered parts and gave me a quote. Two days later they received parts and completed repair that day a little under quote. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We continued on our ride for another week. I cannot be more pleased with Rider’s Choice and would highly recommend them. They were really a great help in an emergency situation. BTY, They have lots of accessories as well.”

“THESE GUYS ARE GREAT---I didn't know they moved I went to the old place and was disappointed to see the place closed locked up and vacant.
I took the differential out of my Corvette and had it overhauled by a reputable shop. I re-installed the rear-end and was not happy, same noise
I found the Hoopers team and had them FIX my differential it works perfect no abnormal noise's
They deserve 5 Stars”
