“This is the best UPS store I have used. Every staff member is welcoming , cheerful, patient as you work through all the various steps to return or mail items.They are very dog friendly, even have a Dog Walk of Fame if every dog that comes to the store, always have dog treats, make time to greet (yes, they know many of our favorite pets by name) the dogs, and offer them treats.We take our dog on his favorite walk ti downtown Saratoga, he always goes ti the UPS Store because he knows that he gets treated royally there. He will wait outside the store for as long as 10 minutes even though the store is closed.The store is part of our community!!”

Yesterday, August 30, I sent a blu-ray to a friend in Dublin through USPS for his birthday at 3:35 pm. My friend received it 10:59 this morning. Outstanding! Their little black shop dog is friendly too.”

Minutes after I shipped my envelope, I realized my shipping address was wrong and hurried back, and they were able to retrieve the unshipped envelope (just before loading it to the truck!) and change the shipping address for me without additional charge. “From the moment I walked in Greg greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. He was helpful, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed a new passport photo taken, and ship my old passport, in exchange for a new one. Greg quickly assisted me, while answering all of my questions, and without any hesitation. This gave me confidence that I had everything I needed for my new passport and that everything would be squared away.
After our encounter, I shopped around for a few minutes and noticed Greg assisting customers while simultaneously helping his coworkers. You can tell that he's a team player and enjoys helping others. I highly recommend asking for Greg the next time you’re at this location.”
“I've been in a few times to drop off packages with return labels and boxes, always quick and easy. Had to ship a bulky item and a couple of others things I didn't have a box for so brought it to them in to see if they could pack them for me. Yup they could! And they had a used box available so they didn't charge me for that. I got the tracking number and could see it went out that afternoon, was delayed along the way due to weather - but just got confirmation everything arrived in great shape. Super friendly, helpful and gracious people. Love supporting this local small business.”
