The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, show great attention to detail on every task. They provide resources and suggestions, breakdown each process and help you saves time. The location is great and next to Trader Joes, grocery stores, but can be busy. The front desk person is super fast and simple. Everyone receive excellent service and a super nice experience every visit.
Place moved to another area in the shopping center. Got there and there was a employee (Anika) on her phone and when she grabs my package she leaves it on another table for me to grab instead of bringing it over to the computer where she was helping me out.

I enjoy coming to this local UPS store..I'm always treated kindly and have great fun and help with anything I need these people here are great spirited. Customer service is great. If there's a line they move very quickly
