“This is the best UPS store I have used. Every staff member is welcoming , cheerful, patient as you work through all the various steps to return or mail items.They are very dog friendly, even have a Dog Walk of Fame if every dog that comes to the store, always have dog treats, make time to greet (yes, they know many of our favorite pets by name) the dogs, and offer them treats.We take our dog on his favorite walk ti downtown Saratoga, he always goes ti the UPS Store because he knows that he gets treated royally there. He will wait outside the store for as long as 10 minutes even though the store is closed.The store is part of our community!!”

“I use Postal Connections to accept my parcels -- eBay and Amazon purchases, etc. It's a small business that lives up to the reputation of the small business universe: serving the needs of the local community without sacrificing customer service or courtesy. I've had an account with them for only a couple months, but I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience thus far. Don (the owner/operator) and Payton are the team running this operation. They're a great customer-focused duo. Payton, in particular, has a winning personality. I like and appreciate their efficiency and organization. For me, that means parcels in hand within a few seconds of my entry onto the premises. Staff at my PREVIOUS mail service often took quite a while to locate my parcels, plus one of them had an attitude (hint, it wasn't a pleasant one). As icing on the cake, there aren't any long lines to contend with, at least none that I've experienced, unlike at the USPS and most private mail services.”
