Cold experience, one person greeted me but the rest made eye contact without a greeting. The one associate kept following me around as I was checking out the clothing, super distracting and annoying. Clothes could have been interesting, but not a relaxing atmosphere to shop.

I've only made one purchase here, but I go into this location frequently and I'm always recognized, greeted, and helped with whatever questions I have. The sales associates allow me to browse in piece, only stepping in to assist when needed.

Purchased from this location a couple of times with good experiences. However, this time was unpleasant. There was no greeting and the sales advisors ignored me. The store was not busy and they just stuck to their phones messaging on Weibo. No knowledge of their products either.
