“I would like to appreciate Marisa for her tremendous support and guidance throughout my Outdoor BBQ Kitchen project. I have hired a local contractor to build my outdoor kitchen, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake, in terms of delays, quality and multiple rework. I bought only grill appliances from Bay Area BBQ Islands and not the installation service. So, Marisa wasn't obligated to support me with fixing the installation mistakes done by my local contractor. But she went above and beyond, spending so much time on emails/phones until we completed the project. If I were to build BBQ Kitchen again, I would trust and consider Marisa for the entire project. Marisa, thank you so much for all your help!”

Even though he couldn’t find the specific one I was looking for, I really appreciated that he cared enough to do that for me minutes before close. Everyone was kind as well.
