J. Crew Factory Store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is one of the stores I will check out most of the time. The store is always very clean and well organized. Salespeople are helpful and nice. They have good deals every now and then. The clothes are good quality.

Im not super familiar with the brand. The visit to this location was such a surprise, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Even the manager gave me some opinions on how to style some pants and look for the sizes (that they didn’t have in the store). Def one to come back!
