“Got to use Metro Towing for an incident where the front right tire had popped out of the rim and the front right axel had disconnected. The guy who responded to the tow request from dispatch, Najib was awesome to work with. He called me and kept me updated about his ETA. More importantly he knew how to load an EV on the flat bed and did a great job getting an R1S in an immobile state with axel and suspension damage onto the flatbed. To make it even better, he called me after he dropped off the Rivian in the collision repair center. I am super thankful for getting someone who is clearly excellent at their job and at customer service!.”

“So much to say about the wonderful man we were lucky enough to meet.After the first tow service on the Google list screwed us, we called Norms. It was a tiny bit more expensive, but so worth it. I wish we would have gotten his name. He chatted with us all the home through two hours of traffic.The time flew by.We actually learned a lot about so many different things. “Dang, Loyal Towing totally saved my butt yesterday during the evening rain.I was stuck in Dublin off 580.My beloved 2004 Toyota Highlander's timing chain went kaputt and there went my entire engine block. Tragic. I've babied that car for almost two decades. It was just her time at 280k miles. She had ample fresh oil and everything. Tragic, it's the end of an era. Time to get a new four banger.Anyway, called AAA, got quoted 1 hour for the tow eta. Moody from Loyal Towing showed up in less than 20 minutes. Man, under-promise and over-deliver. Thank you AAA.Moody was hella cool to talk to the whole way to my mechanic's. He was extremely professional and courteous despite the rainstorm and all. “Transmission went out on Altamont Pass on a cold gusty night. Masud pulled up and asked if I needed help. I was on the phone with my insurance company, so Masud left his number, saying they might make me wait. His rate was only slightly more than my insurance, so I called him. He towed my car to my home and even pushed it to a parking space in a tiny parking lot! Altogether a great experience and a welcome relief when you’re in trouble.”
