“Jaime helped me when my catalytic converter was stolen. I went through my insurance to book an appointment at a nearby shop in Vallejo where the car could be dropped off after hours. He went out of his way to look up the shop on Google maps and called to tell me that their lock box for vehicle keys is locked behind a gate. He recommended finding another location and was willing to switch gears and tow my car to my mom's house, which was another 35min drive away. He waited patiently for me to call my insurance company (twice) and let me start up my car myself since its a little tricky sometimes.
