“These folks are heroes! I called in a tizzy about my parents and dog being stranded roadside with a dead EV battery, and I needed quick help with an emergency tow. While my parents focused on staying safe, I was calling every company I could for help. Norm's was my seventh call, and their service from start to finish stood out as excellent. The gentleman who took my call calmly made sense of my jumbled information, clarifying everything he needed despite me giving what I thought was a direct intersection location which was not so straightforward, and then quickly dispatching a driver. I could not imagine an easier and simpler dispatch process, and I'm so thankful for that alone. It's difficult to think clearly when your loved ones are in a sudden roadside situation with potential dangers; the way my call was handled was just really outstanding. The driver (I believe his name is David) arrived seven minutes earlier than promised. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful to my parents and my dog. He made sure they all got taken care of and safely transported to where they needed to go. We felt their pricing was fair and reasonable, especially given the courtesy, quick response time, and the level of expertise that David had throughout the whole process. He provided my parents with peace of mind, which in turn helped me, knowing they were in good hands. I would absolutely call Norm's should the need ever arise again. We are so thankful to Norm's and to David for his excellent work. Thank you all so much for taking our call, acting so swiftly, and for the courtesy you provided in a challenging situation. You rock!!! Stay safe out there.”

“Saturday July 18 my dad and I were traveling from Santa Rosa, CA to Phoenix, AZ and broke down in the area. All the places I called were either closed or couldn't get us in until Monday. We were towed to a Walmart and couldn't make it to the shop. Luis said he would be to us within 2 hours since we called him before noon. And he was. He had to rewire the battery terminals and some grounds that were shorting out. Took him 3-4 hours. He was a total life saver. We can't thank him enough. Highly recommend them to anyone that is passing through and needs a quick fix! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU LUIS!!!!”

“I got a flat tonight and the first tow truck I called was not available but they recommended R. Lance Towing and I'm glad they did. The price was reasonable to have my car towed and Kenny who came out to help was very nice, quick and professional. He got to me in 20 minutes and 20 minutes after that it was done. If I am ever in need of a tow truck, I know who to call.”

“Jaime helped me when my catalytic converter was stolen. I went through my insurance to book an appointment at a nearby shop in Vallejo where the car could be dropped off after hours. He went out of his way to look up the shop on Google maps and called to tell me that their lock box for vehicle keys is locked behind a gate. He recommended finding another location and was willing to switch gears and tow my car to my mom's house, which was another 35min drive away. He waited patiently for me to call my insurance company (twice) and let me start up my car myself since its a little tricky sometimes. Thank you so much for shifting gears on the fly!”
