“The Hugo Boss Factory Store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is a nice and comfortable store with good crowd control. You may have to wait for a while to get inside. But the store was never crowded. The shopping experience is excellent here! The clothes and other accessories are well-displayed, and the store is easy the navigate. The employees are very politely and attentive. I love to shop in the Hugo Boss outlet even they have something look like it is available in the outlet only!”

“This review is for all the people who do Drive-Up deliveries to cars. You ALL are AMAZING. Seriously. Every single time the person bringing out my order is kind, friendly, professional and wonderful. I have to use Drive Up often and am always humbled by how considerate and pleasant they are despite it being a difficult job - I have heard from a gf who used to do it. I've had to do returns this way too, even when a new employee wasn't sure how to process it - nothing but patient, professional, and a joy to interact with. Thank you guys so much! “In this store, there are two outstanding employees - Lucy ( looks like oriental woman around the late 30 or the beginning of 40 and Richard ( An American tall guy who looks strong and big with small amount of white beard ). I saw that Lucy sometimes work as the person who double check customer's receipts. I also saw that they both work in the area on the left side of customers's entrance door.Many thanks again to Lucy and Richard for their excellent customer service!”
