Since moving from Wellsfargo for a few years, I've been quite happy with Schoolsfirst as a bank and this location as my primary location.”

“I feel US Bank is a GREAT bank and others should REALLY consider opening an account and trying their services out. I truly feel you will be suprised. They have a small town feel in the way they treat each customer and that their systems are so user friendly. The do not feel like a corporation at all except for the abundance of locations. I have NEVER had a bad experience with US Bank where I have had horrific issues with two other well known, large banking institutions. Try them ! I know you will be pleasantly surprised.”

I would like to highlight all the positive things I have experienced here at this particular branch. Not one time I have experienced a bad situation with the staff. I am talking about from the moment you walk in, they greed you not to mention the service they provide. They deserve more than just a simple review! and I thank Management for such good leadership on training their staff.
I have walked in, feeling frustrated with financial situations in the past, I have applied for a couple of loans. The first loan, I was carless and their sympathy for my situation, just made it so much better for me at that time and my loan was immediately approved. She helped me file an investigation on this issue and wrote out in great detail to help explain my case. She really seems to know her business and knew how to handle this horrible situation for me. She handle this swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. She also helped with the removing on the charges on my account.I wanted to be sure and let US Banks know what a gem you have with “Olivia” working at this branch.Thank you so much, Olivia. Your work was greatly appreciated and so far very successful!Now for a zero star review… this has nothing to do with any of its employees at this branch!This is an ATM ISSUE…Their ATM machine has taken my money, not once but twice and not giving me credit for the deposit. Apparently this is a common practice at this location. So my advice is DO NOT USE THIS ATM HERE AT 555 Oceans Blvd. It eats your money!!It takes weeks to get your money back. And the ATM is in control by a third party so it’s very time consuming to get this resolved.Be warned people. Do NOT use this ATM!!!”
