“Love to shop here. There’s so much to choose from and coming out with one item is really impossible. Everything in this store gives you ideas of what can go with it and how to make it necessary in your household, work or school. There’s so many different ways to craft, DIY, cooking products, automotive, holiday gifts and stuff for parties. The prices have gone up but you can still have a lot of options and it’s fun making a list of what you want and what to buy. The store is accessible and there’s something for everyone. There’s free parking and there’s accessible parking .”
“Came here after learning that the Lakewood location had closed. I came here looking for a specific Valentine's Day decoration. They had exactly what I was looking for! I'm giving 5 stars because they had the product. The store itself definitely seemed dirty along with the parking lot. The store itself could have been much cleaner and better organized.”

“High five to Cheyenne! I was recently in the store to return an item from an online marshalls.com purchase. Cheyenne was at the register said I needed a paper that shipped with the items, but I never got one so I pulled up the ship order number on my phone. The other young woman helping Cheyenne said that wasn’t enough and was preparing to send me on my way. But Cheyenne was fantastic! She helped find the purchase email on my phone and saw the number for shipping and purchasing is the same, and the return was a breeze. Cheyenne went the extra mile to make sure I could return the product and was very considerate and non judgmental. As a result, the front of the store is more aware of the return process. No paper needed! Cheyenne is an outstanding employee and made the shopping experience terrific.
Also, the store is great. Clean, lots of options and very friendly workers.”

“Was next door so stopped by to see if I need anything. Surprisingly, it's a nice and big store...similar set up as Ross (sorry) but nicer and less messier. Well set up and organized. Staff are nice and helpful. Plenty of stuffs and seasonal items too. Big parking lot and clean.”
“Esmeralda at the front desk defines exceptional service and what it means to go above and beyond. I was in a rush and needed some pants for a last minute meeting, so I tried them on in the fitting room and kept them on. I didn’t realize it had the magnet still attached. Knowing I was in a rush, she let me extend my leg over the counter so she can remove it. I looked ridiculous, but it didn’t matter and she didn’t care. If she made me go back and change, I would have been late to my meeting and would have lost out on my promotion! Thank you Esmerelda!”
“In searching for a purse to replace my multifunctional, well-used one, I found four. I decided on one which unfortunately had no attached price tag. Sought help and encountered Chelsie. She searched through the purse, the online store, and other places while serving other customers who were in and out of the fitting room. No result. She persisted. At last, she found the info and managed to make a new price tag. Rachel was also there to assist with the final decision. Thank you both for your excellent customer service! Quite a gem!”

“This location is honestly my favorite Ross. The service is always nice and the Security always greets you and is super welcoming. I also love the fact that there are always multiple security guards at this location so it definitely makes you feel safe. In terms of items they have it all. And if you don't know yet, Ross has the BEST prices. I literally found a Kate Spade purse here once for $50 it's incredible. Specifically this Ross is always stocked on items unlike other locations. This location is also always clean and organized. Which really adds to the experience.”

I have never had any problems at this Ross security guard is cool. All the staff is cool besides that one rude lady when I was asking about a dire situation that I needed my debit card found, and she didn’t seem to even care or wanna bother retrain that lady or fire her if you could get to the bottom of who it was she said she couldn’t understand what I was saying because I was yelling and I wasn’t even yelling? .I was talking in my normal tone completely unacceptable and rude. This lady was. what I’m saying. What I’m saying is someone to please find my debit card which I had to order a new one at this point and cancel my debit card because she was so lazy and didn’t even wanna bother. You could tell it in her voice and how she was acting over the phone that it was like not her problem to to deal with, even though when people lose their debit card, it is your duty to deal with it. I was on speakerphone as well, which is why it was loud which she probably doesn’t want to admit to”

“I needed two veggie trays and two fruit trays for an event. When I got to Sam's, the trays available didn't look the best. I approached an associate named Clemente from the fresh service department, and he offered to make my trays fresh. He was extremely friendly and very willing to satisfy my request. He did an outstanding job, and I took 4 fresh and beautiful trays to my party. Thanks, Clemente!”
“Came here to get water. They were closing the nice guy. He let me go ahead and get water for the house and also understand this place is a lucky play retailer so you play here they're lucky retailers play lotto here I guess it's a really good cool lucky spot right here on Willow and Cedar corner of Willow in Cedar $.98 outlet to check them out at water. I need to water a good place to clean to be a lucky retailer, so that's good. Are you lotto tickets here play Lotto here if you're scratchers all that here.”

“This is a quick stop place for almost everything. This place is 1/4 or 1/5 of normal size of Target. Parking can be tricky but if you’re here at certain time, it okey to get the parking right infront since the parking lot is small for the shopping area, especially a lot of restaurants within. The place got everything that you need daily but in smaller area size, they do have grocery section that have a lot of choices since a university and a hospital is nearby so it’s easy do them to stop by to grab some fresh fruits or frozen foods for reasonable prices. Staff are generally nice & helpful but I had seem unfriendly and “don’t care” attitudes too. Overall I came to get what I need to get and I left…not interact with staff much and self pay too. And yes they do have Starbucks store inside too.”
“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE John in the electronics department went above and beyond. I was there to buy a phone case. I chose the one I wanted but they only had blue. I didn't ask him to look, but this gentleman said, "wait a minute" and he took me to another part of the department and there were more choices of colors! I got the color I wanted!! He was very thoughtful to do that, especially since I didn't ask. When I thanked him he was polite and unassuming. Yay for people like John in the world. Yay for my new phone case. I need it because I drop my phone a lot. 5 star service”
