“This is the best bank I have ever interacted with except for one person who wanted to charge me $8 a month for copies of my bank account going back about 8 months. I just went to the branch in Cypress, made the same request and there was no mention at all of a charge for the copies!!
I like the location of the bank on Pine Street in Los Alamitos There's a Starbucks right across the street that is good for free wifi.

“Been a member for 20+ years however, I always used SAFCU as a secondary bank. About 2 years ago, my wife and I finally moved away from Chase bank after a few issues with that institution to make SAFCU our main bank. Moving to SAFCU was one of the best decisions we have made, and we probably should have done this sooner. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I know things will get done without any issues. The only nonissue I have is their iPhone app is still not as user friendly as other banks, but it works fine for balance inquiries or to setup recurring payments.”
