“I didn’t know I would write a review for USPS. Everybody was so nice and thoughtful. I walked in for a passport. Made a few mistakes, but was in and out within 5 minutes. Even took passport photo and staff made sure I like the picture. My nearest USPS has a bad reputation. I’m so glad I drove extra to this location. Thank you everybody who helped me out!”

I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.”

“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”

“Good service. Kris helped us out as walk-ins for passports (we got lucky the office was not busy). He was courteous, walked us through the process and took our picture. We were done in a few minutes.
This office was clean and looked cared after. It was worth driving a few minutes out from Downey. If you need to do a passport walk in or schedule soon, go to this office they do walk-ins M-F, Downey does them only Thursdays. When I looked at the website this office had opened appointments with in 3 business days but Downey office was like 2 weeks out.”

“Recently went to GG post office to renew my passport, made an appointment 1 week prior, Nannete the office postmaster was very helpful in processing my docs in a timely manner. It got really busy only because people don't fill out their applications correctly and that delays other people's appointment. Nannete tries to help people in the office as much as possible and answers questions. She's awsome!
I reccomend people make an appointment and fill out their docs before the appointment.”

“On my way to my evening class, I stopped by this USPS around 4:30 PM to send a package for the first time. I was second in line—nothing too busy. Since I’d never mailed a package before, I wasn’t sure what to do, but Mr. Chheng was incredibly kind and walked me through each step. He even lent me a pen, taped up my tag, and took the time to double-check my addresses—catching a mistake I hadn’t noticed and kindly fixing it. He seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the experience that much better. I’m really grateful for such a pleasant and helpful interaction!”

I was helped by Kyra and Yesenia, and I cannot say enough about how phenomenal these two women are. They provided service with patience, knowledge, and genuine care, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their positive energy and commitment to helping customers truly shine.
Kyra and Yesenia represent USPS with excellence, and I left with complete confidence and appreciation for their work. This is by far one of the best USPS experiences I’ve ever had — a true five-star team and location!”
“I recently visited this USPS office to drop off a package for shipment, and while the overall experience was efficient, I encountered an issue with the package drop-off.Upon entering the USPS office, I was pleased to see that there was not a long line or significant wait time. The service seemed to be well-managed, and the staff appeared attentive and ready to assist customers. This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly.However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciated their efforts, it was still a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided if the drop-off had been properly maintained.I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, but it is essential for USPS to ensure that all equipment, including package drop-offs, are regularly checked and maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.Overall, while the lack of long lines and wait times was a positive aspect, the jammed package drop-off was a significant inconvenience. She was so kind ..so awesome and I was literally out of there in like 20 minutes… It was my first time for the passport process and she made it so smooth. “This cute little place is like part of a movie set; there are only two service windows in it. The employees are pleasant and helpful and best of all, letters and packages seem to get to their destinations more quickly than if I mail out of Seal Beach. Occasionally parking is a hassle, but I usually run other errands and come back and park with no problem.”
“Yes, they do close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 and yes, that should be posted on this page in big block letters! People should be aware that this is a small local branch in Old Town, so yes, there is typically only one person at the counter (occasionally a worker in back). There’s a big main branch less than two miles up Seal Beach Blvd if you’re worried about lines during the holidays (or you’re like, driving). Otherwise for those of us who are just walking over to mail a package, access a box, or send something certified mail, this place is friendly, helpful, quick, and super convenient.”

“I went to the Stanton Post Office today for my passport application and had a great experience. I had everything ready—my application was already printed. However, the passport clerk noticed a small error that we had missed.
She was incredibly helpful and allowed me to correct the mistake on the spot. I filled out a new application, and even with the delay, she still took me in during my scheduled appointment time.
I really appreciated her attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. This kind of service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for passport services!”

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”
