I had 2 packages that were missing- delivered to a different address and he was able to locate them and get them to me. Dan really went above and beyond and had a very friendly demeanor. Thank you so much. The packages might not have been very expensive but they were sentimental.”

“I rarely come to the Cypress Post Office because it’s generally pretty busy, but I came in today to renew my passport and had a really positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how welcoming and friendly the postal workers were with their customers. Even though the Post Office was busy, the staff maintained a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. I had the pleasure of being helped by Novi (I hope I got her name right!), and she was amazing. She had a great sense of humor, was extremely helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout my passport renewal process. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and Novi definitely deserves the recognition. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Novi, and the entire staff at the Cypress Post Office for the great service!”

“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services. Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable! Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”

“This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”

There are two handicap parking spaces. However, if you don't know exactly where it is, it may be a little difficult to recognize the building.”

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”
