“A huge shout out to Alissa MacDonald. She is a stellar profesional who guided me through the process of remodeling my bath. I could not have done it without her. She completed the design and helped me select all the fixtures, wall/floor tiles, and accessories. She worked exceedingly well with my inept contractor so that all design elements were in place to transition an old bathroom to a luxurious spa. I highly recommend this beautiful store to select all your bath products.”

“Generally we use wizard plumbing. Never had a bad experience until recently. We had a leaking faucet. I called, and asked for the earliest availability and someone was sent out the next day. When I called, I said our faucet hose is broken and needs to be replaced. I knew the brand of our faucet, and the problem. So that's the backstory. They send someone out, he comes out and says it's going to be $350 to diagnose the issue( again, I knew the issue) but if that's their rate I'm not going to fight it. He proceeded to tell me that my faucet is dated and parts are unavailable. Also that our shut off knobs don't shut all the way and need to be replaced. I said I don't think that an issue as we've never had a leak prior and maybe the water he heard running was the dishwasher that was going. He called a few plumbing stores, said we couldn't get a replacement hose as they don't exist. I do have text message proof- and that we needed to buy a new faucet. Okay cool. I agreed. He said the turn around time was 3 weeks with the possibility to be sooner. He said he'd send a photo of the new faucet so I could approve before purchasing. Mind you our sink is leaking. So 3 weeks isn't a quick solution. Now it's about 5pm, assume he's off for the day, and decide to chat with the manufacturer of the faucet. Right away, I send him a photo- and he says that hose is xyz, it's available and here's a discount code. HONESTLY not even 3 minutes into a chat and the hose is available. Then he proceeds to tell me, guy plumbing has it in stock, and I should call them. I call guy plumbing- they have the part, they schedule an appointment for early the next morning. They show up and within 15 minutes the leaking hose has been replaced. Nothing is leaking, the shut off valves work fine- and ultimately in less time and money to FIX THE PROBLEM than the diagnostic charge from Wizard. Dan from guy plumbing is undoubtedly amazing, knows what he is doing and honestly was so nice to work with. He was quick, efficient and fixed the problem in minutes. I will forever use GUY plumbing with an additional needs moving forward.”

Right from the start, the team, especially Lizl and Curt, impressed us with their professionalism and expertise. Lizl's talent in design was evident as she crafted the perfect plan for our kitchen, while Curt's years of experience in home renovation provided invaluable advice throughout the process.Initially, we were concerned about the costs, assuming that a service of such high caliber would be expensive. To our surprise, their prices were competitive, matching other quotes we received, but with a significantly higher level of service.Our project had a tight deadline due to the upcoming arrival of our baby, requiring new cabinets within 4 weeks. However, as we progressed, we realized the importance of not rushing, to achieve the dream kitchen we desired. “A3 Tile helped me every step of the way to select and purchase tile for my bathroom remodel. I wanted a tile that had a small hexagon shape for shower and a larger hexagon shape for floor. I was able to browse in their showroom without being questioned about who my designer was. They were very helpful when I had questions. I had to borrow samples to see the tile at home. The ordering process was easy and they helped me with grout colors. My contractor did a horrible job of installing the floor tile and the heating system. We found a great tile installer to redo the floor and heating system and A3 was great. They are also experts on the heated floor system.”

“You will get high quality European style cabinets and hardware. They provide complete service from design all the way to installation. they also have very nice hardware options to chose from. Designer, that we worked with, (Cynthia) was respectful and professional and what we received as final product was a perfect match with what she rendered. The only thing you need to be aware of is the time it takes to receive the cabinets as they are shipped by ship from Europe (which is not unique to European Cabinets). Overall, happy with the outcome and totally recommend their products.”

“Swanky tile store compared to others in the area, with multiple receptionists and a large number of staff members inside. It's a very spacious showroom/warehouse and the decorative tile on display is absolutely stunning, and look appropriate for commercial, hotel, or large home installations. I didn't discuss pricing with them but I imagine tile here could be on the higher end.I was helped quickly (which I appreciated as I didn't want to spend more time than necessary looking for a match to an existing tile) and went on my way with a tile sample.”

“This company has been around for a few decades. The artistry and the selection that they can bring to your home are amazing. Almost everything is custom made and incredible quality, very old world. The owner, Dave, is getting old and has had some damage to his body and we all hope that he will continue to be in business for a long time”

He helped us with the lay out , cabinets and the details of our design including : changing the flow, making it more efficient and increasing cabinet space . He helped with the logistics and was available during the entire process. We also ordered the quartzite countertops thru his recommendation . They are stunning. The kitchen and bar came out amazing , and we are so happy with the end result. We have so much more room and space than previously and the kitchen is more open and has a better flow. It was so worth working with him, because there is no way our kitchen would have looked as nice or been as functional without his help. When one cabinet didn’t fit, he was able to get a smaller cabinet delivered immediately. His cabinets are also an upgrade from the KZ ones as they are finished on the bottom. Price was reasonable and it was easier to work with George compared to other KZ offices and cabinet makers. Highly recommend George.”

“We've been to four bath and kitchen supply stores in the last couple of weeks. The selection here is very good with products from several makers. If they don't have it in the showroom they can find it in the on screen catalogues. What made The Plumbery stand out was the level of service, and knowledge of the products, we found with Vincent. He was patient, made good recommendations, and truly listened to our requests. All the staff are friendly too.”

“Love this place. Bought toilets and faucets multiple times here. Maybe I'm lucky but all staffs I've met so far were friendly and helpful.Last month we came for a replacement of our shower system. Chris helped us identify the brand of our old shower system, and after hearing the issue, he even suggested us that we try to fix it before buying a new one. He is very nice, patient and knowledgeable.”

“I was here today to look for a sofa and this store is big. All the furniture is upstairs and all the smaller items are downstairs. While upstairs, we were trying out all the different sofa collections, and in multiple occasions had multiple sales reps come over to see if I had any questions, and to check in to ensures I was doing okay. While speaking to the sales reps, they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and nice. I was able to find a potential sofa with their help. All in all, I had a good experience with the friendly and helpful people here.”

“I have to say I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first like I normally do when trying to pick a place or service. For this I went completely off of friends' recommendations and them sharing their own positive experiences. That was enough for me to give a call to Bath Fitters and schedule an appointment. From the first time I called and throughout the entire process, customer service and communication was top priority for this company. Ken, the salesman, has been so incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and has delivered exactly what he promised. Not only did he answer all of my questions but he continued to follow up on my 2 projects. Chris, the scheduler at the Newark office has been equally responsive with all communication. He always calls back and texts immediately if I have any questions. I feel both of them are extremely dedicated to providing the best customer service experience and the best outcome for the project. They take the customer's goals seriously. Juan, the lead installer, is a highly skilled and hard-working professional. This was a challenging project on many levels and he completed it, not only perfectly, but right on schedule. Juan and his assistants were courteous and incredibly meticulous, making sure to put drop-downs and even blew out the garage and driveway before they left. I am so happy with the results and I encourage you if you're considering getting your shower or bathtub redone to give Bath Fitters a call because you will not be disappointed. I did learn that since March they have been under new management which could be the reason why my experience was so different from those that reviewed prior to mine. So if you are going to go off of any reviews, I really hope that you take mine into serious consideration because this company has been amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends, family and those of you reading this.Services: Shower refinishing”
