This place smells like urine from the moment you park, which is where they wash their vehicles. I called in to make sure they had Uber vehicles rentals available before heading there and when I arrived they told me they had body damage and that they couldn't rent them.

Customer service here is the worse I have ever seen they act like they dont care at all, I made a reservation I spend time and the guy at the front desk said (I dont have cars, find another location)

Trash location
Impossible staff, impossible to find where to return the car.
Spent 30 minutes around the block because of the stupidity.
The staff then shut the location when we expressed our situation. They now have the parking slip and we are stuck with the car keys for no reason
