Phone service can also be poor, with calls being placed on hold indefinitely. Overall, while some had no problems with the rental process, others found the service inconsistent.
Came in Friday morning to get my rental. Was kindly greeted by Ana and they got me in a car quickly. Lots of selection of vehicles and an easy location to access.
