Smart & Final Extra! is a warehouse grocery store that offers great savings on a wide variety of products, including groceries, supplies, produce, fresh meat, frozen foods, dairy, and deli items. The store is known for its convenient and quick delivery service, which customers can access through the company's website. The reviews of Smart & Final Extra! are mixed. Some customers praise the store's cleanliness and the variety of goods available, while others express concerns about high prices and issues with the mobile app. One customer had a negative experience with the store's restrooms, describing them as dirty and smelly. The customer service at Smart & Final Extra! also seems to be a point of contention. While some customers report friendly and helpful staff, others have encountered rude and dismissive cashiers. Additionally, there are concerns about the safety and security of the store's parking lot, with reports of encampments and drug dealing taking place in the area. Overall, Smart & Final Extra! appears to be a popular grocery store in the local community, offering a range of products at competitive prices. However, the store could benefit from improving its customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any safety and security concerns in the surrounding area.
