“I had a good experience at Super King in Glendale. The store has a large selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and international foods at reasonable prices. I like that there are many unique products that are hard to find in other grocery stores. The staff was helpful, and the store was well stocked. It can get busy at times, but the great prices and variety make it worth the visit. I would recommend Super King to anyone looking for quality groceries and good value.”
“This place is the best market in ktown. Best bbq, fish, and Korean deli.. absolutely #1 kimchi, love it. Gaju Market is my favorite spot for Korean BBQ in K-town. Fresh meat, amazing organic Asian vegetables, great prices, and everything feels clean, safe, and lively. Love the energy every time I come here. ❤”
“Gosh I want to gatekeep this so badly but I love it too much to keep it to myself. The Beachwood Market is THE vibe. It feels like stepping back in time in the most soul-soothing way. There’s an indescribable effortless chicness radiating from every corner.
The fruits and vegetables are displayed with such perfection you can hardly believe your eyes. The whimsy of the model train set. The vintage architecture. The genuine and competent staff. The charming as heck made-to-order deli counter.
They have all the essentials plus unique and interesting products you suddenly feel compelled to try. I personally love the local pastries and treats displayed at the front of the store with so much love and attention. Also tons of cool, hard to find magazines.
Come for the midcentury canyon vibes and stay bc you won’t want to leave.”
“My first time here & I’m impressed! Clean space, fresh produce and great customer service. I love the presentation of the items on the shelves, SO NEAT! Will be back”
“The only cold 2L soda bottles are Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and Pepsi Max. All colas. Would be nice if there was a cold 2L bottle of Sprite or 7Up.”
“Great fish and seafood market with lots of exotic fresh fish to choose from. They will even gut, clean and fry the fish for you. Immense selection of authentic Filipino products . Plus the notorious Red Horse Beer can be found here . Mabuhay..”
“I grew around this store and its one of the only ones left since I was a child....so many trips with my mom to this store to buy food to make dinner!...it's not the fanciest, but I promise u they have a lil bit of everything...their CarniceriaIs great..it's a family owned small business and they're still there for a reason...really friendly people....I pretty much go every 2 days at least....lol”
“I'm giving Seafood City a solid four stars. Let me start by saying—the moment you walk in, you're hit with a strong seafood smell. It's not the most pleasant at first, almost like something's gone bad, but after a few minutes, you realize it's just that raw, natural seafood scent you’d expect from a place selling live crab and fresh catch daily.
The store itself is extremely well stocked, especially if you're looking for Asian groceries or specialty items you won’t find at your regular supermarket. The seafood section is impressive—they offer a wide variety of fresh options, including live crab and shellfish. However, the meat section didn’t look too great. The quality seemed a little off, but to be fair, I wasn’t expecting premium cuts here.
What knocks it down to four stars for me is the customer service—or lack of it. Employees barely acknowledge you, and when they do speak, it’s so fast and mumbled that it’s hard to understand what they’re saying. It feels very rushed and impersonal.
If you're coming strictly for the selection, this place delivers. But don’t expect warm greetings or help from the staff. Still, worth stopping by if you're looking to cook up something fresh and flavorful at home”
“I truly appreciate this market. It's always clean, owner and staff greet you with friendly service/smile.
And the store hours are convenient, perfect for late night runs☺️. I am a very satisfied customer.
Keep up the good work guys ??”
“Love this little market! The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s clean, organized, and has a great vibe. Perfect stop for snacks, drinks and other necessity.”
“This is a one stop shop if you’re looking to cook Jamaican dishes like backa yard. From ackee to di whole a dem. Not many authentic caribbean stores in LA, I am happy to see and support this one. Not to mention the lady who owns it and sits at the counter is a gem.”
“Love this store. Been coming here since the age of 5 years old and I'm 29 now. You can find everything you need here and it's super cheap! They sell fruits, vegetables, drinks, medicine, candy, meat, bread, chips, snacks, Mexico products, energy drinks, laundry stuff, perosnal hygine and much more!”
“THE MARKET IS CLEAN THE MEAT IS FRESH THE HEAD HOG CHEESE IS AWESOME MR. LEE I LOVE YOU AND YOUR MARKET THANK YOU FOR BEING IN THE COMMUNITY GOD BLESS YOU MR. LEE”
“This is a quaint, family-owned market tucked away on a quiet, residential street. It's the perfect stop for fresh sliced fruits (cucumbers, watermelon, mangoes, and oranges with a squeeze of lime). If you're ever in the area, stop by and support a small business.”
“To be honest I've passed this location so many times and never paid any mind to it. It's not often I stop by latino markets. This was a treat. There was plenty of parking and the store itself was very very organized. You wouldn't have a problem at all locating the items you need. Their produce department is beautiful and organized. After speaking with management, it seems the prices on their produce changes every couple of days. It makes sense that they would do this seeing that you want to put the right price on produce that's in season. My mom and I would often chase different locations looking for beans with the name brand of "Goya". We don't have to switch any longer. I love the fact that they sold different types of ole school candy and they also carry various types of sea food. Customer service is very pleasing as well. I would definitely be back to pick up different items and refer others who may be looking for certain products that would frequently be sold in establishments such as this one.
“It’s convenient to shop for groceries nearby. The staff are helpful as well, and you can find a wide variety of fresh products here. I highly recommend visiting this place when your fridge is empty.”
“They manage the homeless very well! Most places I go escalate the conflict and make it even more awkward for customers yet this place handled a beggar not making customers feel uncomfortable with eye contact and care instead of anger. Well done! Kudos to the staff here.”
“Been coming here since I was 11 yr old with my single mother now I'm 22 and still come to this place only spot I trust with clean meat and affordable, they are beyond chill and nice.”
“The new owners are super nice & awesome I'm always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. Always a pleasure spending my money here supporting thank you”
“Come here occasionally to fill my water bottles using the primo/glacier water station that's conveniently located right outside the store so I can buy it anytime I want day or night.”

“It's a nice little neighborhood store. The people running it are nice, friendly and helpful. They have a pretty decent selection of merchandise available. If they don't have exactly what you want, you can find something that will work. There's street parking and it's even easier to walk to.”
“I recently visited this grocery store and had a very pleasant shopping experience. The store was clean, spacious, and well organized, making it easy to find all the daily essentials quickly and conveniently. The aisles were clearly labeled, and the products were neatly arranged, creating a smooth and stress-free shopping environment.
The variety of products available was impressive. The store offered fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, snacks, beverages, frozen foods, household supplies, and many other essentials from trusted brands. I especially appreciated the freshness of the produce and the availability of both affordable and premium options to suit different budgets.
The staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my visit. They assisted customers professionally, answered questions patiently, and helped locate products whenever needed. The checkout process was also quick and well managed, even during busy hours.”
“This Dollar Discount Store has everything! There’s a full aisle dedicated to crafts, plus all the essentials you'd expect from a dollar store—and more. The store is clean, neat, and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need.”
“i came here to buy meat for a party and the employees were really nice. They helped me on what i needed to make a good carne asada, and offered me delicious crema and queso. On top of that The cashiers were really nice. I will be coming back here to buy more groceries.”
“If you're tired of fast, expensive food, then Super A foods is a great option. All the way in the back they have a cooked food area. That let me tell you is like home cook meals. Anything from fajitas, soups, stuffed bell peppers, chilaquilles, and oh man the size of their burritos or their stacked tortas. They also have certain foods that you can buy by the pound or half a pound like; potatoe wedges, cow ribs, barbecue ribs, chicken wings both spicy and barbecue, chicken strips. All kinds of different types of cheese, and if you're lucky to have the short pale skin lady that is that cracks the chicharrones, then get ready to have seconds because, she is not shy at the time of serving the portions. So to to me is well worth it eventhough it might not be a lot of difference in the amount you pay there's a huge difference in nutrition, quality(this lady cooks like she knows you, C'est magnific!!) as well of quantity(you can feed two or have some now and save some for later). Plus the place is clean, and fresh.”

“Like this store. I've been going here for several years now. Although there is a closer store of this network. Convenient location of goods. There are always lots of promotions. Large assortment, you can find almost anything. There are also bulk products such as meat, chicken, fish, salads, pickles, cold meats, cheeses and sweets. You can say no cons, except for ever-growing prices, but this is clearly not a question for the store.”
“First of all, this is a very amazing our supermarket. It has basically everything you need for a reasonable price. I’ve been shopping at this place for years and Armen is so nice I have huge respect for this place.”

“Quick neighborhood convenient groceries. I found their salmon and tilapia are good quality for both air fryer and frying. Their Fresh veggies are convenient and good selections as well??✔️”
“This place is awesome. My girlfriend and I stopped by right around closing time, but the owner was kind enough to still help us out, which we really appreciated. I’m glad he did because the store has a great variety of beers and wines, plus tons of snacks to choose from. Everything is very organized and easy to find. You can tell they care about the shop and the people who come in. Definitely a great local spot.”
