“We're a family from England currently on vacation in California. We were last in the US in April, and we had a bad experience at a certain world leading hotel chain. They refunded us via a Wells Fargo check, that was sent to our home in the UK. Our bank in England were unable to cash the check, so knowing we were travelling to the US for Christmas we brought it with us. We really expected the worse, but the lady who served us was helpful, and friendly, and she cashed the check for us, with no charge. Every country deals with things differently, but we really couldn't have expected a better experience!
