“This was the second USPS I visited to deliver an Operation Santa gift. The first office I visited wasn't trained nor knowledgeable of the service I was explaining. The male worker at the Manhattan Beach USPS that assisted me was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I would return to this USPS to continue using their services, even after the holidays.”
“I’ve been to this USPS a handful of times, and the staff has always been very nice and helpful. Like any USPS, there’s often a line, but twice while I’ve been in here one staff member has come out to answer any questions from the line, which really expedites the process. Overall, only good experiences for me at this USPS!”

“This post office opens earlier than others, stays open later, and is open Saturdays. Winning. It has a self-shipping machine in the lobby and the line flows easily at the front desk.”
“Found this place on a whim & thanks to Tyler got all my stuff shipped & packaged & I just have to say that Tyler went above & beyond to help me AND was personable & just a joy! I will DEFINITELY return here!!!”
“I had to mail a couple of gift items and I didn't have a box or labeling ready and the lady at the counter was professional and helped me navigate the packaging options. Once I got my packaging from the shelf and went up a second time I was helped by a second lady who was professional and helpful.
I also got a PO box here and the guy behind the counter was able to set me up without issue. I had a question about how the street address po box was different from a traditional PO box and he wasn't the best at explaining the difference but I was being dense and in retrospect the difference is quite obvious. He wasn't rude he just had trouble explaining it in simple terms at the time, something I can't fault him for given how painfully obvious it is in retrospect.”
“The woman I just got helped by was the nicest post person ever. Normally they are a bit rude I find, or just not rude, but a bit grumpy, but this lady was so, so nice and friendly. For her boss, she was working at noon on sat 26th July 2025, African American lady with shoulder length curly hair. She was lovely. It was my first time at this post office.”
“Good spot they move quickly and are nice if your nice to them I've seen so many people come in barking at the employees like it's their fault for whatever the issue they are going through but they handle it well thanks again”
“If you ignore the limited parking, the store overall is great! Nice people there. Packages always got delivered. I saw they have boxes available, stamps, and packaging materials.”
“The only thing wrong with this post office is chronic lack of staff. There was only one person working in the building when I was here two years ago, and it is still the case, despite long lines. I have found the staff to be polite and conscientious though they are under considerable stress. What is wrong with the US Postal Service? It is a lovely building, centrally located. Yes, there’s parking, but many users get there by bike or on foot. Lots of post boxes and I almost always see people picking up their mail. Plus there’s a mural! Please, USPS, provide the resources and a full staff so this facility can properly serve this lively community. And kudos to the staff that ARE there and serving the public in very difficult circumstances.”
“BEST PLACE EVER!!! Super professional and helpful, fantastic energy You have to come here, they're much quicker than the post office plus you can get more stuff done in one place! Amazing shop I'm not going anywhere else”
“Last week, I found myself in a bit of a pickle when I realized I had forgotten to mail a birthday card to my grandma in Slovakia. The main post office was closed, and only Feve was working. It was almost closing time, and there were at least four people ahead of me trying to use the self-mailing machine. I asked Feve if they had any birthday cards for sale, but she informed me that they did not. However, she kindly pointed me to a nearby store where I could purchase one. She also mentioned that the self-mailing machine doesn’t accept postcards to Europe unless I already have a forever stamp. Her suggestion was to try the UPS store next door.
I followed her advice and bought a card, but when I got to the UPS Store, I was shocked to learn that it would cost over $300 to ship it, outrageous!
I returned to the post office, hoping for a small miracle as it was just about 4:58 PM or maybe even 5 PM. When I explained how much the UPS store wanted to ship the card. Without hesitation, Feve stepped in to help me. She unlocked the door to the main post office and got me the forever stamps. Thanks to her quick actions, I didn't fail, and made my 90-year-old grandma happy.
I am grateful for Feve’s kindness, as she could easily turn me away. Thank you.”
“The customer service representative was nice and helpful. She was patient and answered to my questions. Chose the best option for me. Compared to other locations that I want she had outstanding customer service. I will definitely go back to this post office if I have a chance.”

“I love that post office service. I've been with them for so many years. They have really good manners with themself's and their customers. They always have the place very clean before service starts. I been there before they open just to check my PO BOX and they are cleaning and have everything really need is in a good area too. Love you guys thanks for all your service I appreciate that a lot. ❤️❤️??”
“I LOVE the United States Postal Service. They keep going when almost nothing else does. And, did you know you can sign up for emails that let you know WHAT'S COMING in the mail? Amazing!”
“They not alllll that bad, I think it comes from the top and they manipulate the situation and have the employees acting all funny and people don’t know it be the rules the management gotta follow that do t make sense.”
“I am very happy with the service I've gotten at the PO at 4216 Pacific Coast Hwy Torrance. They seem to go out of their way to be helpful and I appreciate that.”

“Superb customer service in an immaculate facility is much appreciated. Jay is competent, patient, and always conducts himself as a gentleman of the first order. Efficiency means short standing in line time! Answering every question and addressing each concern promptly, the lines melt away like ice cream in August when Jay and his worthy colleagues are at the counter!”
“not sure why this place has 2 stars only. I’ve used this branch for a long time and it’s always been good. Fast, and the people have always been helpful and kind.”
“Came in 6/9/25 @ 11am for passport appt. The young lady who helped me was wonderful! Great attitude, awesome customer service and explained everything thoroughly. My first time getting my passport and I was nervous it was going to be difficult but she made the whole process quick and easy.”
“Best experience EVER at a post office. I get anxiety going to the post office and from the moment I walked in she helped me from start to finish! Thank you for such a seamless experience!! You’re the best girl!”
“I appreciate everyone who helped me today....from the extremely professional and elegant passport officiant, to the gentleman USPS employee who assisted me everytime I made a mistake with my money order amount because I didn't know I should have waited until after my appointment to get the M.O.
Read the State Department thoroughly, have your docs ready and prepared. From appointment time to payment for services...I was done in 25 mins.
Thank you....”
“Each time I go in everyone's really nice. I've been going to the post office for 39yrs. Thank you everyone. Updated. Not sure why this post office is always out of Money Orders. They've been out of them for almost a month that's crazy.”
“It wasn't busy when I went and the staff working was very pleasant and cheerful! The ladies working today both answered my questions and made sure I mailed my passport correctly and safely. I'll be coming back to this location because I'm confident I'll receive a great experience.”
“People give it one star because the USPS doesn't bend over backwards for them and they were inconvenienced once. I have interacted with Jackie multiple times at the counter (at multiple times throughout the workday) and she has always been pleasant. Treat people with respect and they will treat you that way in return. Government office staff have to deal with unpleasant people more than most of us, so give them a break and be nice.”
“This was a nice and clean post office and it was not crowded at all. The workers are really friendly we were chatting about the upcoming football season, im new to the area and when I left I noticed that there was a sports bar directly across the street so I will be returning soon.”
“Jamal, John and the crew there do a great job! I ship using USPS daily and am happy to work with this team. They have everything for shipping needs as well as guidance to provide the best service. They also have a self-serve shipping marquee.”
“While the hours are less than to be desired at this local annex to the larger Post Office this makes up for in its lovely and helpful employees. Most associate the post office with stress. This is not that location. It’s all about how they can help and they are always professional and very friendly. High fives all around although I wish they had abbreviated Saturday hours to avoid the Sepulveda location which is poorly located with so much traffic.”
