Over recent months, customer service has tremendously improved, with staff being reliably courteous and helpful. The service is a fraction of the cost of other providers, though wait times can be long due to bureaucracy. For resolving issues, asking for the supervisor is noted as effective, as they are extremely apologetic, kind, and able to find solutions where others cannot.
Other than the angry, short and chubby black girl in the back ( thank God she didn't wait on me) it was like any other post office. I went during working hours so the wait wasn't too long. The first time it's a little tricky to find if you don't use Google maps.
