“The store is known for ruggedness of their pants, backpacks, and tactical footwear. Store staff are helpful with sizing and honoring return policies. It is reasonably big store and the products are well organised. It's neat and clean. Its location is away from marketplace. Shopping is peaceful and enjoyable.”
“Old Navy is a good place to shop for young kids, but for adults, it's a little suspect. I noticed that the tee shirts are very thin, one wash, and the tee shirt looks like chitterlings. I also think that the jeans ? are overpriced for the plain style. ?”
“Kassandra is the best. She helped me and my daughter with making sure we were properly fit into our boots. She explained “in detail” how our boots should fit, what to expect (when putting our boots on), and how to stretch them out to get the perfect fit. She also solved problems we presented her with. Kassandra knows her stuff. I’ve never had a store clerk at a shoe or clothing store be so sweet, helpful, genuinely concerned, and professional all at the same time. The major plus was having me use the boot jack and showing us how to use it. That thing’s an amazing little tool! Thank you, Kassandra!! I’ll be asking for her the next time I go in there and need help. The five stars are specifically for her.The only negative is when my daughter and I went to go pick up her boots, there was some short and round brunette that made a stupid and snide remark. I’m guessing she may be a manager or some type of lead person. Whatever position she holds, she was rude and unprofessional. She must’ve come from the Modesto store where they’re very horrible and rude.”
“The Banana Republic Factory Store in Manteca is always a good experience. The employees there are exceptional. They’re friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I walk in. The store is clean, easy to move through, and the staff keeps everything feeling organized and welcoming.
I always find what I need, and the customer service is what makes this location stand out. Great people and a solid place to shop.”
“Must visit store. It's huge and kept tidy. Peaceful shopping for home, children wear, shoe, school bags, Jewelry, beauty products, luggage,etc. Quick checkout.”
“It's located in the Stadium shopping center. There are other similar stores, DDs, Old Navy, Kohl's, Ross. Sometimes they have huge deals. It wouldn't hurt to give them a visit when in the neighborhood.”
