“Kassandra is the best. She helped me and my daughter with making sure we were properly fit into our boots. She explained “in detail” how our boots should fit, what to expect (when putting our boots on), and how to stretch them out to get the perfect fit. She also solved problems we presented her with. Kassandra knows her stuff. I’ve never had a store clerk at a shoe or clothing store be so sweet, helpful, genuinely concerned, and professional all at the same time. The major plus was having me use the boot jack and showing us how to use it. That thing’s an amazing little tool! Thank you, Kassandra!! I’ll be asking for her the next time I go in there and need help. The five stars are specifically for her.The only negative is when my daughter and I went to go pick up her boots, there was some short and round brunette that made a stupid and snide remark. I’m guessing she may be a manager or some type of lead person. Whatever position she holds, she was rude and unprofessional. She must’ve come from the Modesto store where they’re very horrible and rude.”

“Had a good experience. Employees were nice and asking me if I needed help. My only complaint is the clearance section was small and items weren’t marked down significantly. It was still very pricey; at most like 30% discount on clearance. Yet there were signs for 60% off clearance… 4/5”
