The ocean view is definitely one of the highlights — whether you’re relaxing on the patio or the terrace, it’s the perfect place to unwind at the start or end of your day.
This is truly one of my favorite hotels in LA! It's just a short walk to Venice Beach, and you can enjoy the nearby farmers market on Saturday mornings.
The breakfast is simple but does the job: oatmeal, cereal bars, cake, and coffee or tea available throughout the day.
One major plus — and quite rare in LA — is that parking is included in the room rate. No extra fees for your car!
I highly recommend this hotel — it’s a hidden gem in LA!”

I recently stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn and Courtyard in Marina del Rey and had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Ashley, the front desk supervisor — and let me just say, she is truly a gem.
From the moment I arrived, Ashley went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Whether it was offering thoughtful local recommendations, remembering my name, or checking in to make sure everything was perfect with my stay, her genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.
Even during busy moments, Ashley handled everything with calm, grace, and a smile that never faded. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs when she’s there. She’s not just doing her job — she’s elevating the experience for every guest.

“Stayed at this location over the weekend and had a great time. The location was great and area was nice and clean. What stood out the most was the super friendly and helpful staff. The daytime staff was amazing, although I did not catch any of their names. Special s/o to the front desk clerk My, he was so friendly and we really appreciate the hospitality.”

We came here on the day of the tsunami hitting west coast, fortunately it didn't do any damage in LA, but during the warnings from the government the staff at the reception was really caring and professional for all of the people asking questions all the time.”
