“My kids and I just checked in to one of the garden cottages and I can tell immediately this is going to be a great stay! The space is exactly as the photos describe and the private front outdoor space is way cooler than the photos let on. My kids absolutely love it and I love the price! Kyle at the front desk is very helpful, I really appreciate him. This is where I'm staying if I ever make it back again.”

“Service at Erwin Hotel is unmatched: from check-in to check-out and in between. Miguel, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. He was always available and happily ready to answer a question. He helped us with our bikes and anything else we needed. The vallet was friendly and happy to bring the car. The desk reservation was friendly checking us in.

The breakfast each morning was perfectly prepared. It was included in our stay, but was far better than a standard continental breakfast. We always go out for a large morning starter meal. No need here. The yogurt was homemade delish. The service was great.

The room was clean and newly remodeled. The vibe was retro posh. We chose the top floor for the view. We spent mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise and surfers. This room was perfect for us.

The rooftop bar, Kassi, provided a 360 view. We enjoyed the sun setting one evening. The food was delicious. We tried the kabobs, carrots, panini and calamari for lunch. The flavors were amazingly delicious. Each dish was paired with a different yogurt sauce. Oh, the views are worth mentioning again. Service was great. Dennis made good recommendations.

“THANK YOU EDDIE YOU WERE AMAZING!!!! LISTEN !! I normally book rooms directly on the Venice boardwalk !! This trip nearly everything was booked or entirely too expensive 😂 so I took a chance on this place and bayyyybeeeee let me tell yall how it did NOT DISAPPOINT!!! My family and I were so impressed at how nice our lil stay was !! The room was super spacious and such a cute lil vibe going on !!! The beds omg it was sleeping on pillows sooooo comfy !! They even made a cute lil wooden box that covers the lil funky wall motel type air conditioners lol sooooo nice !!! Now , this place is NOT on the beach and honestly a bit too far to walk , but definitely can bike it or take a 5 minute drive straight to the sand !!! The hotel offers bike rentals for $5 an hour and the parking $38 a night in their very private all enclosed garage !!! We definitely felt safe and comfortable! We will stay again for sure ! One thing I have to add is I wish they had a little free breakfast, they do offer free coffee in lobby in the morning , if the owners or managers happen to actually read this , guys , get some free breakfast maybe just oatmeal or bagels would be nice yall can afford it lol and it would definitely add to your already amazing establishment!!! Thx again Eddie see you when we come back !! Oh and the pool such a hidden gem! Fire place , ping pong table and hammocks !! Super cute”

Place has a great location, my room was in the patio area and it was pretty quiet from the street noise.

-Room, sheets and towels were clean 😮‍💨
-They don’t have an smart TV but it wasn’t really needed
-Beds were very comfortable 🙃
