“The bike shop at this REI location is the best I’ve ever been to. And that includes both REI locations and traditional bike shops. The staff are so incredibly helpful, and always willing to accommodate special request and my schedule. I have now had three tire repairs at this location, and every single time the staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to get me back on my bike. Since I’m still new to cycling, I rely quite heavily on their recommendations. They’re always wanting to spend a few extra minutes with me teaching me or explaining why they’ve recommended what they recommended, and pros and cons. Today Chris helped me out with my tire and tube repair and was really helpful! He was also very kind and patient with me when I asked lots of questions. Truly, I couldn’t ask for a better bike shop experience!”
“I was looking for Martial arts weapons for a friend who is professional, and I found pretty nice stuff here. The shopkeeper was very nice multi language speaking and recommended me the complementary protein and vitamin along with a good diet.”

“Amazing help on a Sunday afternoon — I was buying a helmet and got a great option on sale, but learned a lot about my choices from this really great sales associate (idk his name, but it was like 3pm and I just bought a used bike — you know who you are!!). Got me setup with a breakdown kit, talked me through bike maintenance materials and even their Saturday riding group. Such a great spot, will definitely be going back whenever I need anything!”

“Got back into fishing after decades of a sabbatical. Martin hooked me up, no pun intended, with quality rods & reels along with gear. Very knowledgeable and considerate about your budget. Doesn’t try to sell you something out of your price range or experience. Needless to say I took to my bait cast reel as if I never stopped fishing. Top it off, Martin knew my buddy whom I located after decades of losing touch and why I’m fishing again. I’ll be going to Martin’s for gear, knowledge & information regarding fishing.”

“The places like a toy store for motorcycle enthusiasts! The gear and the apparel are all top notch! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I bought my helmet, boots, and a Smart Jacket there. If you ride motorcycles, I would highly the recommend the Dainese Smart Jacket. I have ridden over 50 years And now, won't ride anywhere without my smart jacket. I low sided going up a canyon at a spirited pace, I hit sand in the turn. I hit the ground hard and the jacket inflated. I was uninjured and able to lift the bike up and continue my ride home. I also believe it saved my son's life one time, and another time from serious injury. It's a pricey piece of equipment yet an amazing value. Like a helmet, it's better to have it not need it then need it and not have it. Kudos to Dainese LA!”

I bought super rare boots SE, they have the sizes I needed. Best option for people with wide feet very comfortable round after round of boxing training and they look awesome I ended up getting two pairs same day WORTH IT. Definitely a very good investment in your training. Imagine not needing to go a size up. No breaking in needed. Probably the best part is the PRICE. It so extremely fair. Having lived in Colorado for over five years and skied all my life, I can confidently say that Jason and his staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered when it comes to ski knowledge and customer service. Their reputation speaks for itself—there were skis lined up out the door, and every customer I saw was as thrilled as I was, singing the praises of Summit Ski and Cycle. “I was able to get a player's name and number added to a jersey I already owned, including details like the name and number being different colors and a number also on the front, for $25. I only had to wait around 15 minutes and now I have a jersey of my favorite player--she's retired so her jersey is not sold anywhere. Very happy about it! Great service and great parking nearby too.”

“Good customer service at the time I went.Saturday afternoon, the salesperson behind the counter, it was his first day at this store, he was transferred from the store on La Cienega Blvd. (Closed). Bought me some walking shoes, this young guy helped me out quite of bit,took his time and showed me a few pairs, even gave me an advised of a pair of walking shoes that sells a lot, tried them out, he was right on.I liked them, I bought them.He was telling me that He's also going to trade school to learn welding and get a certificate.Awesome, education pays off. I also sold shoes for three yrs. Then, I decided to get a certificate and licenses from the Federal Aviation Administration as an AMT Aviation Maintenance Technician.Now I earn $65.00 hr.
