“Honestly, I've been to plenty of Adidas stores, and I have to say this has been the best Adidas store I've ever come across. What they lack in quantity they make up for quality. I have to give a huge shoutout to the sales rep or manager whoever she is, Jackie I think was the name. She was absolutely helpful and did not struggle to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely come back to this Adidas store.”

“Really can't recommend this place enough. I tried several other spots first and couldn't find anything I liked. Walked in here on the way to Macy's.
They found something that suited my particular taste right away, and did minor alterations by the next day.
Prices were fair and comparable to Men's Wearhouse and other large chains with far more limited selection. Owner was friendly and clearly knows his stock extremely well.”
“I love there customer service! Went to Big 5 in Culver City, getting my mom work boots. They didn't have her size. But, the shoe sales person brought different sizes, when they didn't fit, he offered for us to go to the front to, pick them up at another store. The gentlemen who help was training and his multi tasking was perfect, he trained and made the call seamlessly. Even the new hire greeted me and my mother and tried to help. Then El segundo location welcomed us, gave us the discount and the shoes were perfect! Alot of shoe stores like DSW in Santa Monica CA can learn from these guys. My mom is blind and has a hard time walking and DSW treated us horribly. But, Big 5 offered to help and was kind. Thank you so much!”
“I don’t know when they were bought out but it’s not Fanz no more the store is called Lids. They have a wide selection of Jerseys and other clothing. The guy was helpful and informative. Good experience”
“Great experience in this store.. I always go there to get some Dodger’s hat for my man.. and he’s very specific with his hats!!! They have a great selection of different colors and models… they offer hat curving and waterproof spray as well.
They also carry good selection of outfits.
Staff have always been friendly helpful and polite, especially Kevin did a really good job bending and spraying my hats.”
“A great American hat chain. They practically have almost all designs and colors. Each of their branches are similar in stock, designs and service.
I recommend it if you are interested in purchasing a hat with either a nice design or your favorite team.
This particular branch (it is not the only one) has the service to personalize your cap (at an extra cost)”
“I was looking for a pair of New Balances at the Fox Hills Mall but they didn’t have my size. Milan helped me place an order pickup from Del Amo Mall where they had my size.
