Les is a) incredibly knowledgeable about every car from the 15 year old Escape to the minivan to the vintage, b) so practical in that he asks what you want to get out of your vehicle vs trying to make it perfect regardless of the life left in the vehicle, and c) kind and personal. They are also very reasonable on cost, but I'd pay almost anything for the way I was treated.”

“Joe was great. He helped me decide on the right Thule and Yakima equipment to install a rack on my car for my kayak. One part needed to be ordered, and when it didn't come in on time, they rush ordered another one. I had a few problems getting my kayak secured and they helped me over the phone and in person. And when we discovered there was one strap missing, Joe opened up a new Yakima box and took the strap from that kit. Then he covered and taped the metal hook so it wouldn't scratch my car. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that wants to get it done right.”

I had a few questions regarding mandatory maintenance on an older 335i with 100K miles and did not want to go to the dealer. “I had a accident where my EV ford mustang mach e was hit and run at the signal of mowry and fremont Blvd. It completely damaged my back fender and also 2 sensors. After much research on the web, found BJP Auto Body & Repair and took my car for the estimate. The estimate I got was $2,042 which was much lower compared to other auto shops. And since it was hit and run my insurancce did not cover any cost and I had to pay entirely. The owner Fazila was very helpful, handled it super professionally by communicating me at very stage of the repair, did great work on the car and also provided excellent service by dropping my car back to my house.
I would highly recommend this BJP auto body shop for anybody who wants to have quality work and fair price and timely delivery.”

He ordered a new bumper and stayed in regular contact with the manufacturer to navigate some frustrating delays, always keeping us updated with timely texts.
Once the bumper arrived, James did an outstanding job with the repair and paintwork. “I had a great experience at Kings Auto Shop. We needed to get a few deep scratches repaired on one side of the car. George was very kind throughout the process, and gave us excellent guidance on how to navigate the insurance claim. After we dropped off the car, George handled all of the communications with the insurance. George and his team did a beautiful job with the repairs and the car looks just like new. When the repair took slightly longer than expected because of a power outage, George immediately arranged for us to have a rental car so that we were not burdened by the delay. They even washed/vacuumed the whole car without us asking for it. Our experience with George and his team was fantastic, and I highly recommend Kings Auto Shop.”
“The team here were absolutely fantastic with my topper install on my RAM 1500, from the sales process through to installation and handover I felt 100% confident.The sales side involved giving a great outline of all the options, benefits, functions and the luxury bits if those are what you wanted - however at no time was it anything other than informational for me to make the right decision that fit what I wanted.The installation side involved a reasonable deposit, and clear timelines that were slightly pessimistic, which was great because the product arrived a week or so early, and it's always nice for little surprises. (If you ordered and somehow it was late, I would definitely not be blaming them, they did a great job of communicating good expectations with me)On day of installation they walked around the truck and took photos/videos of everything - I really appreciated this because again it ensured that we were all on the same page about what truck they received and what truck I got back. Made me confident that IF there were any issues that they would be resolved (ie I trust that they would use the video to highlight any issues, not just if I complained about something that wasn't their fault).Day of pickup involved a full walkaround of all the setup and inspection of all the parts - and then instructions on what I needed to do to tighten down bolts in a weeks time to ensure everything was on track, and a request to visit them again if there were any issues - again something after all my interactions with them I am confident they would be resolved (not that I have had any issues!)Ok, there you go, long reply that was not requested of me, just found myself looking at my truck after a month of having it and realizing how impressed I was and so I came in here to write this.Thanks Custom Truck team, i'll be sending people your way in the future!”
